In the front they had a selection of jewelry and in the back was more artwork/photography with other items scattered around as well. There was even a women working on some fabric art that was super nice to my niece when she asked a bunch of questions. One of my favorite collections was the metal jewelry, tiny pieces sculpted into amazing necklaces, earrings, etc. but sadly those were currently not in my budget. I did purchase some gorgeous blue earrings and my sister in law purchased a bracelet from the same artist. The guy who rang us up said he has told that artist to charge more...well, I guess, but by not doing so, she also got 2 of her pieces sold that day! So who knows how often prices fluctuate.

His work is done thru a magnifying glass as it is very intricate with tiny details that look too small to have been created by hand. There are many small pieces of art as well as very large mantle pieces that would fill a tall wall above a large fireplace. This is a cool little gem of a store that anyone coming to downtown Shelbyville on public square should check out. Prices seemed on par for the amount of work involved in each piece.

I made it very clear that it was imperative I have these shirts in time for the event. Toshia assured me there would be no problem competing the order in a timely fashion. Not having heard back from Toshia, and knowing the event is now two days away, I called Toshia to see what the status of the order is. It quickly became appartent that Toshia had only begun working on the order today - NEARLY TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. She assured me the order would be done and ready for pick-up by 2:00 this afternoon. It's now 3:05. I just called and the person I spoke with had absolutely no knowledge of the order. She went on to say that Toshia had to leave early today and wouldn't be back until tomorrow. So here I sit, the day before my event. Because of EYB's outright failure I am without shirts with our company logo for the largest event of the year. There is simply NO EXCUSE for this! If this is an example of your level of customer service, I take comfort knowing you will soon be out of business.

We walked in and was greeted by one of the most awesome salespersons. Greg was so nice, it was like talking to an old friend. You don't find that much anywhere in sales. Greg showed us around the store and went in-depth explaining each mattress. He told us how and where they were made and how great the owner of the company was, Doug Petrosky. The owners name is on a big sign with his personal number on it!! Where do you find that in a store! He ask us questions on our sleep patterns, our likes and dislikes. He then encouraged us to feel free to lie down, turn on our sides and get comfortable like we would at home. We sampled many mattresses, never feeling hurried at all. We found one we loved and purchased it. It will be delivered on Friday and we cannot wait. We are so thankful that Greg was there when we walked in, he is a floater and moves around from other locations but he was the best we have met in our two years of shopping for a mattress. Thank you Greg for your kindness and help in choosing our mattress, you made us feel at home.

It was junk right outta the box, broke twice and had to be welded plus had to repurpose another set of jaws off of a generic, 3 jaw puller I already owned. Customer service was terrible, absolutely terrible. If I didn't repeatedly call, I'd never know what was going on with the return and the counter punk, Jason actually laughed as if it was my problem. Interesting, a tool working at the tool store... On a positive note, they did end up issuing a refund for the tool, but I had to pay freight twice, so at the end of the day, I paid $50 out of pocket for a terrible experience. They market themselves as the diesel tool resource, but they are more like a flea market with junk tools that I do not recommend you buy.
