Cornerstone did some work at my house last summer, Steve came out and gave me the full rundown on…read morewhat they were going to do to repair a couple areas in my current patio. Told me they were going to pull up the brick to the half way point of my patio and re pitch it. They also did a full section around a firepit which I put in earlier. Never saw Steve again until pay day. They pulled 4 rows of brick and leveled them, now my puddling is just further back on my patio. every time it rains I regret ever calling them. Texts were not reply to and now the new part looks a little warped. Nice guys, but Peter comes out to estimate and Paul does the work. Total lack of communication.

Their prices were competitive, they offered good advice for a water management issue I had been having, and they were very patient with me as I attempted the very difficult task of paver selection. Being a single woman, it's common to feel like you're being talked down to by contractors, but that was never the case with these guys. I felt very comfortable with Steve, the guy who comes out to quote jobs, from day one. Once the work began, I met Casey, Steve's son, and their great crew of guys. Casey was just as wonderful as Steve, and their crew of guys were friendly and hard-working. They were very efficient and finished the work at my house pretty quickly, but you would never know how quickly based on the quality of the job and the way they left my property. They left my place looking so much better than before they were here and my patio looks amazing! My only regret is not hiring them to work on the front of my house as well, as the front now pales in comparison to the back! I would not hesitate to recommend or to hire these guys again. They are honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, and overall great guys.

We would highly recommend Jason Smith and Logan's Tree and Landscaping…read more A fellow who did tree work for us years ago recommended Logan's Tree & Landscaping. I called them and spoke with the owner Jason Smith. He came over and gave us a quote. His quote was less than the others we got. Jason was professional, friendly and timely. They are licensed and insured. He said He could do the work the following week. We gave him a check for half the work, which he said he would not be cashing until the work was started. He was true to his word and did not cash the check until he came to do the work the next week. Jason and his team took down all the trees we wanted to get rid of and did a great job. The area was left immaculately clean. We had asked to have the stumps ground down and he accommodated us by including having another company come and take care of the stumps. The stump work was included in our original quote, we had no surprises.

I highly recommend Steve's Construction for any concrete work!…read more I was looking for someone replace my driveway, and my neighbor Jon and our friend Miranda both recommended Steve's Construction. It was a difficult job because the existing concrete driveway had a 3" asphalt cap on top of it which first had to be torn out and taken to a separate processing facility. Steve personally came out to give me a quote and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the best way to accomplish it. The price was great and we knew about the quality of his work on other projects, so we chose Steve's Construction for the job. The next part is; WOW! The communication, the scheduling, showing up on-time, staying on budget..., Everything was perfect! And what a team!! The whole process from start to finish took only 3 days. Those guys worked their butts off, constantly, from swinging a sledgehammer to using a jackhammer, then pouring into perfectly formed molds to create a masterpiece that is now my new driveway and walks.
