My…read morenail tech was this older lady who even I don't believe she spoke much English, she still managed to communicate really well without many words and she was very sweet and very funny too. She seemed happy and to be having fun with her customers and she did a great job on my nails and toes overall. I am giving four stars because although I'll be back there were two mishaps that could have been handled better. I am not upset that they happened just that they weren't handled well. First, when we went over the the lights at the end to finish drying my fingers we accidentally bumped into each other and I hit two of my nails on the light cabinet. Instead of taking off the polish and starting over on those two nails she just added more polish to the top. It ended up looking better than I expected when it dried but you can still see where the touch-up was made because the surface isn't smooth. I think she should have just redone those two nails. The other mishap was when she was doing the foot scrubber she accidentally scrubbed a little too hard on my big toe and it started bleeding. That part doesn't upset me because accidents absolutely happen but it was clear that they don't have any sort of plan or protocol when that happens. So I think my nail tech did the best she could and tried a bunch of things but it would have been nice if they had some sort of protocol or even just got me a a bandaid. Instead she sort of just kept going and dabbed some alcohol(?) on it. Despite the unlucky parts of my visit I will still most likely be going back. Edit: I did go back the next day and they fixed my two nails for free even though I offered to pay.

They cut me in multiple places and showed no concern. I went to a different salon the following day to have them removed and redone. I've had nails for years and never have had any looking this horrible. Absolutely discourage anyone from going there. I would give negative stars if possible but have to pick 1 to post.
