When I asked the manager on duty if my meal could be remade due to the inconvenience, she was dismissive and refused, stating there was "nothing wrong" with my food. I requested to speak with someone above her; she took my name and number and made a call but never returned to address the issue. The lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable.
