The reps here are slow as hell. I waited for an hour and still didn't get helped. 5 out of 5 stars ... would recommend.

My phone lost connection and after trying everything to reboot the phone and completely having to sign out of the device it still was not connecting to service, thankfully these guys were able to figure out the problem to resolve the issue read more

This specific worker has an attitude and was being mean towards me and other customers. I will not be returning for her distasteful attitude

I like having T-mobile as my cell phone carrier. I've never had any issues with the service and their call center customer service agents are one of the best. However, this retail location really needs to work on actually helping their customers in a timely manner. Each time I've visited I've had to wait around 30 minutes for someone to finally help me out. I understand that it takes time to sell someone a phone, but not everyone is there to buy a phone! There is a nice door girl who takes your name down as you come in, but they really need to expand her duties. On my last visit, I just needed to return a loaner phone. When I was finally helped, the whole transaction took less than a minute. So annoying! read more

Says open until 8 but when I showed up at 5 mins until closing just to pay my phone bill in cash, 2 employees were on their phone inside with the doors locked. A second customer stood at the door until they open until they walked over and told him they were closed at 7:58. Not the best business practice. read more

Answers I received included the following: "uhh?" "yee" "huh?" "sup" To this day I'm not entirely sure I was speaking with a human being on the phone. Lol, barely coherent. read more

Best T-Mobile store. They're corporate and I feel they do things right! Always quick and efficient!

They suggested good options for me and helped me to solve my signal problem. Nice person.

I had trouble with T-Mobile on a different fronts. First they did not pay my AT&T bill for trade in on phone. Then, my nephew bought two phones and equipment unknown to me and when I called T-mobile they said he was authorized. Bull....!!!!! He was never authorized. I must have talked to 20 people in six months and got a police case number & reported it to T-Mobile. Eventually, I was told that the fraud department said it was civil and I would have to pay for the stuff and they did not consider it criminal. My bill went up to over $300 a month. After they turned off my account they still charged me JUMP charges. Now I get a bill for over $3000. Give me a break. read more

Sergio and Erik were very helpful. Did everything they could and explained very well. They were happy to help and we're very friendly.

T-Mobile's 4G coverage south of this store in West Valley is GARBAGE. There is a 4G signal maybe 1/3 of the time; most of the day is spent on the E (Edge 2G) n/w, & up to 1/4 of the time there's no network AT ALL! Like RIGHT NOW ... I'll have to wait to post this until it comes back -- GARBAGE! PS: I had to use the laptop to finish posting this. Rubbish indeed. read more

I would like to complain about the horrible service I have received from the company tmobile. I recently (March 17th, 2014) switched to tmobile to get a better deal and service. I was lied to about everything from day one. They didn't tell myself & family that we would have to pay our early termination fees from our previous phone company and then t mobile would REIMBURSE Us our money. We don't have the money to just pay like $800 to something you guys said you would pay! I sent in our bills from our last phone company on (May 6th 2014) and received a confirmation email that you have received it. We give you guys a call to pay our bill and to check the status of our early termination fee pay-off from tmobile and come to find out that we were denied! Umm excuse me? First you don't even let us know we were denied and then expect us to stay with tmobile? that's completely unacceptable! We've been paying our bill and come to find out that our bill is actually more than it was before. We were promised $60 per line. That was a lie. This is beyond ridiculous. Your customer service team is very rude and inconsiderate. I want to cancel my service with tmobile because of tmobile being SNEAKY and liars. I would appreciate feedback and someway tmobile can fix this mess up that you guys caused. -Unsatisfied customer read more

Amazing customer Service!!!! Had to change my sim card.. they ware fast professional and friendly.

I am so PISSED at this whole company, but it started at this store. I switched my phone plan to them last year and they told me they would pay my termination fees with Sprint for switching and all I had to do was take my final bill into the store and they would take care of everything. I received my final bill and took it into the store. They told me and my husband that everything was set and the fees would be sent to Sprint and not to worry about a thing. A couple weeks later, I get a phone call from a Sprint saying my bill was overdue and I was being sent to collections unless I paid. I called T Mobile to find out what was going on and they said it takes up to eight weeks for the payment to go through. I never heard anything more from Sprint so I thought it had all been taken care of...until I received a letter from a collection agency last week saying that my Sprint account was sent to them for nonpayment and was now on my credit report. I called into the Customer Service and was transferred to the department that handles these payments and was told that because it was outside the eight week period, there was nothing they could do...even though it was their DAMNED fault this happened. I would gladly pay an extra $200 a month to go back to Sprint or Verizon, but guess what? Cell phone companies check your credit report and because of this, my credit score went from an excellent to an OK. Thanks ASSHOLES!!!! read more
