Dave arrived with an assistant and quickly diagnosed a weak amplifier up on the antenna. They brought out the 40 ft ladder and had the new amplifier installed in about 30 minutes. Casi me sacan de la tienda y en vista que llame enfrente de ellos al servicio al cliente, salen con la excusa de que no tenían internet pero si servicio y que no nos iban a dar los dispositivos. Fueron muy groseros la manager krystel y la señorita que me atendió cuando ingresé al local. no vuelvo más acá. Deben contratar gente que esté apta para dar un servicio apto para el cliente. I feel blindsided by the employees at this location. First, we came in several times due to the…read morecommercials that say they buy out your phone from other companies. Apparently, while this is true they did not explain the process properly to us. A month later, we get the bill from our original company saying we owe $198 on a phone that we were told was paid out. The associate at T-Mobile never told us that it was paid out to us and that we had to go online to redeem. We had worked with her THREE times prior to switching over and she told us the same thing each time. She never said the trade in credit was deducted from the amount we would have received from the buy out. Today we met with Chassidy who basically assumed we were stupid and didn't acknowledge the mistake of her coworker. No apology even for miscommunication which would have been nice. She talked so fast it was hard to even understand what she wanted us to do to rectify a situation that wasn't even our fault to begin with. My husband and I are educated people, he has a bachelors degree and I have a masters degree. We would have followed the steps if Whil had told us the first time when we were there for 3 hours to switch over which was a nightmare to begin with. Today, my husband followed the steps right then and there because that's just the kind of people we are.
