After being a loyal T-Mobile customer for 23 years, I am astounded by the dismissive and unhelpful service I received during a recent visit to the Denton Hwy store in Watauga. I went in hoping to exchange a phone that had been shipped to me incorrectly. Despite waiting patiently, multiple staff members ignored me. When I finally got assistance, the rep outright refused to even look up my account or verify my situation as a long-time paying customer. She showed zero interest in resolving my problem. As a customer of over two decades who has given T-Mobile substantial business, I was deeply frustrated to be treated with such disregard and apathy. I left feeling that my loyalty meant nothing to them. This experience was absolutely frustrating and insulting. I hope T-Mobile takes notice of how poorly long-term customers are being treated at this location. I want to continue giving T-Mobile my business, but changes need to be made to customer service policies and staff training as a priority. Until then, I will reluctantly have to take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. read more

If you are elderly and don't have a lot of technical knowledge, don't get your phone here. They are very rude and they caused me to lose all the information on my phone because they didn't tell me about turning on backup things. When they started the phone, they're the ones that did the. Setup, and then 9 months later, when the phone went bad. We lost everything and they were extremely rude, trying to get them to help to set up the new phone that insurance paid for stay away this crew. It's not okay. read more

T-Mobile please read these reviews. This establishment and staff are not promoting a professional and welcoming environment. I arrived to the store to not be greeted by anyone there. Backs were turned towards me. I had to approach someone to ask if we needed to sign in somewhere. I was told to just wait. I overheard two other employees arguing with the customers. I couldn't stay there any longer and walked out. My plan was to add a new line, purchase a phone, and upgrade my current plan. But not once during my time there did anyone care to speak to me. This place was closed for a minute, I truly think it should have stayed closed as they are losing business and life long customers. Horrible experience. read more

I give T-Mobile 5 Stars especially to Uncle Sam on the excellent help in me and the wife on buying new phones and iPads then subsequently Tyrone on correcting my snafu of loosing one of those then getting a new phone but finding the lost one and returning the replacement well done gentlemen we will continue using T-Mobile because of you. read more

What a horrible company. I returned a phone after three days and they charge me in full for a month of service. Then a late charge for not paying invoice. Never received invoice. Never got a PIN which is required for everything. Meaning you have to show up at the store for anything. Bad signal compared to AT&T. read more

I usually don't write reviews but this time I had to. Worst experience I have ever had. This t mobile taking over sprint has been horrible. Mauricio doesn't know anything. Doesn't try to even sell and don't have the answer to any questions or even try to get them. Told him about switching services told me how and I did that. Went to pick up phones and still had a hard time. I was pissed didn't say much because I don't believe in causing a huge problem left went to At&T that was .5 miles away. Switch my phones and dropped my bill 174.13. Switched over 2 tables 2 watches and 3 phones. FYI I had been with sprint since 2008. I wish there was a -5 stars. Thank y'all for the horrible experience because I wouldn't have found out about at&t great plan. Shane you was the only helpful person. * sat here watching everything and 2 other ppl had problems. Avoid this location and T-mobile like the plague, don't get screwed like we did!! Went in to switch from AT&T based on T-Mobile promos. Phones were on back order, we were given SIM cards and told to come back when we got the phones. Didn't receive 2 of the 3 phones until 1 1/2 months later. Go back in to find out we've been paying a bill to them that entire time because they gave us those SIM cards with temporary phone numbers. This was never explained to us!!! Why in the hell would anybody pay for 2 different phone accounts?! They could have changed our phone numbers to those SIM cards and put in our original phones so we could have canceled att while we waited for new phones but they didn't!!! read more

We went in because of the offer to trade in two iPhone XR s for $500 trade in on iPhone 12 pro Max. The lady who helped us must have been new because it was a cluster. Took forever. Nothing right We got home and sure enough one of the phones that arrived wasn't even done on the rebate. After several phone calls finally got straightened out only to discover we weren't getting $500 off but $415. My son ended up paying off also more money on upgrade because his 2 yrs not up.
