We had 4 stores in New Hampshire and Vermont. We woke up one morning and realized we spent over $35,000 per month to keep the doors open, and it would take us a week to fix your computer. We were majoring in minor things. All the time you, the customer, were doing most of the work, by taking the computer apart and taking it to our store and then you have to pick it up and take it to your home or office and put it all back together again. All the time, you were hoping that the problem WAS in your computer and not in a cable or something in your office. We closed all the stores and went on the road because that's what the customer needed. Also, driving around in our customized vehicle with a duck on it makes us look cooler than being perched behind a shop counter.

This year the box was returned to Staples with a sticker on saying the address was a vacant lot. I verified the address was correct a couple of times and it was. I was instructed to call UPS claims dept which I did. A day later I received a call from Asia, a representative. She informed me that they cannot refund the delivery charge to an undeliverable address. WHAT????? The address is correct and gets UPS deliveries a lot. UPS screws up and Staples keeps my money. WHAT A FARCE AND A RIP OFF. SHAME ON YOU STAPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
