The whole reason to use my home phone was just in case I did go unconscious, they would be able to find my home. I never got any help with this before my service went out, once again so I am done with this company. Beware the service and the customer service sucks. You just keep going around and around with prompts on the phone and even if you do get ahold of a person there's always little or nothing they can do. This could have been life threatening.
