Streaming channels I've added stop every 30 seconds and the Eero you told me to buy did not help(money grab?). I'm about ready to go back to spectrum it may cost a slight bit more but it worked and you can talk to a real person with an issue. I've had more issues since I switched 2 months ago the I ever had with them. Customer retention if you have one better call me.​​

Within a couple of days, a work crew came out and trenched my cable from their box to my house. Amol, the technician, showed up and did a fantastic job of installing the hardware and getting me set up. Phone, WiFi ... no problem. He tried to get me connected to the Frontier/YouTube set up. No dice. The app repeatedly showed "Oops problem is with Frontier, Try again later." Many tries later... nothing. Amol then called a human being in support (I didn't get her name) but she said I had to wait for 48 hours before anything would be done. She said she would call me back at 4PM on Friday (this is before noon on Saturday). Amol did everything he could. Well, Friday came and went. Nothing. So, finally I get fed up and on Easter Sunday, I tried the AI support on Frontier. After struggling with the concept, the AI referred me to a human being. And, no you cannot make this up ... Jesus appeared to me online. After checking and double checking he said that I was subscribed but the YouTube TV was not added to my plan. He said it was still "pending" and YouTube would have to connect me. He then gave me the YouTube help line. I contacted them. They asked if I had gotten the connection email from Frontier yet. I assured them I had not. They said will until you get the email from Frontier no connection will be made. So, I wind up in no man's land. I had great hopes for Frontier because of the great start. But disappointment reigns. Of course, according to my billing statement, I will be charged for the YouTube TV. The best advice I got in this whole process is: Do not turn off your Spectrum account until you are sure the Frontier account is fully functioning as it should.

I use wireless for my work so I was in a very unpleasant situation the last two weeks of living in our home. This is the only utility company I have ever heard of that shuts down services without speaking to the homeowner first to verify. Then, to top things off, they had the audacity to send us a $58.00 bill, with threat of collection, for a disconnect fee, two months after we left the property. Yes, you read that right - they charged us $58.00 as a final con job and then told us they do this to everyone when they end their service with them.

She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. T-MOBILE is not a member of BBB, however their complaint rating is " 1.83 in negative ratings of which they have thousands. "If something seems to good to be True.. it is probably NOT True.
