The manger proceeds to then tell me that I am stupid and to look on the battery knowing this bike does not have a battery. Then he asks to allow him to install one now. To give a short story on this my husband is not a bike guy or car guy. He didn't realize that we were charged until now when we got the paperwork out to look for something and realized we were charged and never received any gps device. Do not buy from this place or if you do check what they are charging you so you don't get ripped off. Very rude manager that called me names. This is not professional.

I have not yet had to wait overnight, but like any service business, that is worth their salt, they have other customers. I'm glad to see them busy. Big hint. Get there early in the day. That they have other phone repairs ahead of yours speaks for their service. But they try to do impossible things! In the meantime, you can get some shopping done and have a good lunch close by while you wait. Thanks CPR! Again.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience here. We tried calling twice (9:30 a.m. and…read more12:30 p.m.) and were left on hold for about 30 minutes each time before the calls were disconnected. As new customers with valid cards and prescriptions, we had questions because the information we needed was not available on the website. Since we couldn't reach anyone by phone, we went into the store to ask about tinctures and options for daytime pain relief. Unfortunately, the staff was aggressive, rude, and arrogant. Two gentlemen immediately snapped at us and tried to separate us before we even had the chance to explain what we were looking for. We are completely new and were simply trying to learn. There is nothing wrong with asking questions or sitting together while discussing products before making a purchase. Instead of guidance, we were treated with hostility. It was by far the worst customer service experience we've had, and we left without buying anything. There are plenty of other places in Tallahassee and surrounding areas that are willing to answer questions and treat customers with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.
