We were greeted immediately by Dana & listen to our problem and knew exactly what to do. She immediately took care of our son's phone and explained to us what happened and what she did to resolve the issue. She had us try out the phone/ipad prior to us leaving and made sure our questions were answered. Dana was super friendly and knowledgeable of our iPhone features. Last week I went to T-Mobile at Fashion Place mall to get a new screen protector on my IPhone. I've purchased screen protectors with all of my T-Mobile phones because they allow you to switch them out if they get damaged. It's always been an easy process. However, during my visit, they couldn't find my purchased screen protector on my account via their iPads. This hiccup (not my fault) turned into a show. They were supposed to update my account with this screen protector. I anxiously tried to find my receipt through my account. I was struggling to figure out how to navigate my online account while the T-Mobile associate stayed adamant that my screen wasn't covered and made me feel like I was lying. I swore up and down I purchased the screen but he kept telling me "I don't see it here". I FOUND IT. I found the receipt in the documents that were in my T-Mobile account and showed him the receipt of the purchase. However even WITH PROOF. He still could NOT give me a new screen...and said "I'll submit a ticket". I felt so overwhelming embarrassed and upset because even with proof of purchase he still made me feel like crap. No apologies or anything, this isn't my fault-- normally I'd go in, get helped and be on my merry way. Probably the worst experience at any TMobile in my 20 years with them. I visited TMobile 11507 a few days later because it's actually the closest one to me and also because if the "ticket" was submitted, it should be resolved by now right? Anyways I go in, get greeted warmly by Noah and he helps me. I tell him I'd like a new screen, he looks up my account, to no avail my account isn't updated with my screen protector purchase. I show him my receipt and without hesitation, he gets me my new screen and places it for me *heart melts on the floor* My experience with Noah is why I've been with TMobile for all these years and why I've chose it again and again. He didn't make me feel like a liar, he made me feel supported and respected. It really made my day! Thank you Noah! You da bomb! read more

I've had occasion to visit this store a few times in the last year. The first time, they didn't have the phone in stock that I wanted, but told me when to come back. When I returned, they had it in stock and were able to get me taken care of pretty quickly. I've found that the employees are knowledgeable, and always have the answers, they just might not be super enthusiastic about their jobs. While I was there having my phone transferred, the associate helping my yawned in my face twice. Slightly rude, but other than that he was fine. He and his cor-workers were talking about different perks they would get that month from selling accessories to customers. That felt a little unprofessional while I was there. But, ultimately, I left with what I wanted, so I don't have much to complain about. read more

Awful service, 3 T-Mobile representatives where there, they were all busy with customers (which is fine and understandable) what wasn't was the fact that no one greeted us or tell us how long our wait would be, which is crazy because when we walked in we made eye contact with 2 representatives. We walked around the store twice looking at items on display SLOWLY, still no one said anything. After 10 minutes of walking around and waiting to be greeted or informed of how long our wait was we decided to leave. read more

My wife has been dealing with T-Mobile. We had bought brand new phones online. And once we did that we had nothing but mistakes two days later we got a notice that our phones were sent back. So my wife had called T-Mobile and asked what happened. The gentleman said he couldn't see but he hooked it back up and he had sent it to us. We should get it in two days, we did not receive it. We took days off so we could be here to sign for the phone. My wife called back and they said that they are gentleman did not do it. We got a notice saying that it would be here in two days and now it is still not there. Shame on T-Mobile. They don't care about just one customer when they have millions, I would rather go to Verizon or AT&T read more

Let me say first. I love T-Mobile! However. I have gone into this store twice in a week needing help and was turned away both times due to a lack of interest of the employees to help me. Poor communication and bad management. My husband went in to buy two iPhones and was not communicated with on his options or company policy when he leaves the store with the phones. When he came home and showed me the two phones, I looked up all our options and decided I wanted a more expensive phone. When he went back (less than an hour later) to upgrade to the new option (which was more money, we were fine with that) he was having to pay the upgrade fee (sure) and a penalty fee of $50 for leaving the store (not cool). They didn't communicate that at the front end, held us accountable for a policy we were unaware of to fix communication they didn't give in the first place and offered no other deal to help offset the charge. Very helpful and happy. While not all their employees are experts they know the right answers and can help you with most questions. We had a little hiccup with a warranty (now my phone has 2 batteries ) but that could have been something on the phone manufacturers side definitely a good store especially around the holidays (they dressed up last year ) read more

I was looking at one phone for an hour and they new which phone I was looking at and it wasn't until I went to go purchase it they informed me tmobile does not sale the phone any more. After receiving horrible service I left and went to another tmobile store where the service was not much better and they were also unaware that the phone was not available anymore. Then I went in a month later to buy my husband a phone and of course the phone was still on display I asked an employee and they said yes they had the phone for sale and they even had it available to walk away with after purchase!! I have not been so annoyed by a company. It was a phone I was looking forward to and after deciding that was the best phone for me they say it's not available anywhere. Then a month later it's for sale again?? Even if I was informed that the phone was going to be available later in the month that would have been fine but selling me a phone that's half as good and the same price is ridiculous! read more
