I have never received my credit so i am paying 214.00 each month when i should be paying 114-120.00 - lee quit or let go- So I started my issue all over again with Chris issue is still pending. They will not give me information on higher ups to get this solved I was supposed to get credit plus what I have been over paying Chris quit or got let go now I'm on to the third manager, Still no credit or resolution. New manager is trying but it's out of his hands Almost a year dealing with this horrible company Still have credit pending even after showing proof and so many emails going to higher ups it's ridiculous Stay Away !!! I have never been contacted by district manager to discuss this and they wont give me their contact info.

Gavin even signed all four of us up for insurance ($9 per line without permission) and the high rate plan - now it is nearly impossible to undo. STAY AWAY.

The worker opened late, finally unlocked the doors and then unlocked the door, looked at us, and didn't open it. We went it and she said nothing, then after we said good morning, her response was "what do you need?" We were going in to upgrade our phones so that's what we told her. What she basically said was she'd just wait to upgrade that way she doesn't have to do the work and that way she can sit there and be lazy and eat her holiday breakfast burritos that were sitting on the counter. Wouldn't even pull up our account until we made her. Then still continued to tell us don't upgrade since the 12 is basically the same as the 14 or to just go to apple. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had from any place, not just a phone place. This location might as well get shut down

We did not have an option in Deephaven, MN - since we moved in during December, we've been averaging 10-20 hours of random down time a week. My wife and I both work from home, and it could not be more unbelievably frustrating (we have bad cell reception at our house, so 3-4 times a week I have to drive to a coffee shop or work from a parking lot because of this). Mediacom should owe all of us tens of thousands of dollars in lost time from all of their outages. It is hard to imagine there's a company that could maintain this level of downtime - that their network is so unreliable feels impossible. RUN the other way if you have any possible option to do so!

There are actually people on the other side that you can deal with right there and now. I was a usfamily.net customer for my email and internet for YEARS and then they joined up with Velocity. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom...if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.

While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. The very few times I've needed assistance, a live person is ready and willing and solves my issues quickly. Definitely worth the few dollars it costs me per year!

Cbeyond is the worst phone company for small business EVER! They are great at making the sale but…read moreafter that its a total con job. I tried to get out of my contract because I needed a more robust system - they refused saying, "If we let all of our unhappy customers out of their contracts, we wouldn't have any business." Seriously! So then they talk me into a new system that's supposed to solve my issues - and it's supposed to cost me $100 less per month - but of course that isn't true either. It actually costs $100 more per month - AND I had to buy new phones and pay installation fees AND they even charged me an early termination fee for the old system!!! But they got a new 3 year contract out of me by doing that (which I asked them to waive - they said sure - but my agreement still says 3 years). I'm telling you - DO NOT do business with CBeyond. I won't even rate them 1 star. I feel that they have been completely dishonest in their dealing with me and unfortunately I'm stuck with them for three more long years. A bunch of con artists...
