All the people I have dealt with have been very nice and polite. Regardless, they made promises to convince me to sign up that were falsehoods. What should have been a simple way to transfer my current cell phone number to my new T-Mobile provider and to receive a $150 promotional rebate required at least 5 (yes, FIVE) hours of my time bouncing back between "pre-pay" and "post-pay", rebate departments' and local office customer service personnel to perhaps resolve these issues that should have occurred automatically and not over the course of 4 months time. Their software is defective; half the time I cannot log in to my online account and I have still not yet received my promised rebate which is now going to be mailed to me by check since their online virtual payment system does not work. New customers should be warned of these issues.
