This US Cellular/T-Mobile merger has truly been an absolute NIGHTMARE for US Cellular customers. Thousands in phone payoffs due with NO NOTICE, disappearing credits also worth THOUSANDS stripped away, language barriers with their customer service reps, etc... I had US cellular for over 25 years with no real issues. I do believe I'll be getting a landlines number from xfinity and say goodbye to cell phones for good. read more

Disappointed as I showed up to do an iPhone exchange and was told to wait. Waited 20 minutes for the manager to come out and go through the exchange process then to tell me they don't have it in stock even though I called ahead to check. Kellen the manager stopped our conversation to giggle with a coworker at least 8 times. I would recommend choosing another location for efficient and accurate service. read more

After a long and exhausting day at work--and dealing with a broken cell phone--I visited the T-Mobile store at the Grand Prairie location. I was met with incredible service from one of the sales representatives who completely turned my day around. He was extremely patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he ensure that my new phone was fully set up and that I was comfortable using it, but he also stayed 45 minutes past his shift just to make sure everything was perfect before I left. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. Even better, he helped my family save money on our monthly plan, finding us the best value without compromising our needs. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to excellent customer service were truly exceptional. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier. After visiting other T-Mobile locations with no success. We visited Megan G and she was able to transfer our service from the old Sprint Network and move us over to T-Mobile Network. The first time I visited this place, the man was nice and was able to fix my broken phone screen in about 2 hours time. After a while, I noticed a problem with the proximity sensor when I called people and tried to make voice notes. This is because the manager placed the screen on my phone the wrong way. It was very frustrating having to go back and have him fix HIS own mistake with my phone, and in the process, he proceeded to BREAK the screen while fixing it. He didn't seem remorseful and asked me to come back the next day to fix it once again, not taking into account the amount of gas money I had wasted going back and forth to his shop. After finally fixing it the right way (something he should have done the first time) I was able to use the phone with no problems. Fast Forward to now, a month after the phone was fixed, ANOTHER problem arose. My phone started showing green beams after I would turn it off, it progressively got worse until I wasn't even able to use the phone anymore.. Y'all can imagine how angry I was at this point. To put the cherry on top, I called the shop, told them what was going on and was told that I could come in 3-4 days to have it fixed. 3 days pass, I call them and they say the piece had not arrived yet and that I would get a call tomorrow morning(today). I got no call so I had to call back myself today and ask what was going on. I got an answer that I wouldn't be able to get my phone fixed for another 4 DAYS because they didn't have the piece yet. Now I'm left with an unusable phone and a furious mood. This could all have been avoided if they weren't so clumsy with my phone and got it right the first time. Calling it a "one-stop full repair company" has to be the furthest thing from the truth.

I had the blue screen of death when I called heart technology and talked to Renée for the first time. I have dealt with the geek squad at Best Buy, and they were okay... I run my entire company off of that laptop. We run a number of local hair salons and understand just how important customer service, follow-up, quality, and friendliness can be. I felt like the entire staff of this company stopped in their boots and immediately all went to work on my computer. That was the perception that I got from Renée and the technicians that worked on my laptop. They got the laptop back to me on the same day. And the price was not bad.
