Tried to go to the customer center today and they washed off their hands saying it was an iPhone issue (really Tmobile?) and did not even try to revert the plan. I had to be on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours to explain to them and revert my plan change. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTER.

I was told their systems were down so then I had to go get cash to pay and incur a service fee only to then come back and have the same associate say that their system is down completely.. She definitely didn't want to actually work as shown by her horrible attitude.. Definitely wouldn't recommend starting a new line of service with them at this store.. it sucks..
