Horrible experience . Not the first time but today Frank from this store was very rude and disrespected me in front of my mom and had no empathy. We went in for a phone swap and the first thing he said to my wife was " you shouldn't have reset the phone " ??? Excuse me! The. He told us that next time don't call support to do these things , to go to the store . I told him I didn't want to go to the store as last time I was here another representative sold me a watch told me that the older watch I had the line was going to be cancelled and it never happened . I have paid for a second line for more than 6 months . The. Frank said to me , set that on the side and focus on the phone today !???? Very rude . We are switching to AT&T, we have been customers for over 19 years .... He obviously not happy there and didn't care about anything I said . I went inside cause my wife came outside where I was waiting as she was embarrassed how this guy talked to her. I will write to T-Mobile and get this reported . Walked into T mobile store today with an appointment. When you walk into a business establishment you should be greeted. No one greeted me when I walked through the doors. All three employees were with customers. Even though you are with a client still look up and acknowledge the other customers. I have been in customer service for over 30 years so I know how you should be treated. Even with an appointment of 10am they took other customers before me and still did not acknowledge my name or what services I needed.The worst thing I hate when doing business is horrible customer service. I truly wish these big corporations train employees better and pay them well so they may treat clients better. Example, for me any time I walk into any chick fila I am always greeted with a smile and their wait time is usually long. So let's not make being busy an issue. The representative called me asked my name which I said, and I have an appointment. He told me he will take care of me. He went with the customer who was purchasing something and ignored me after he said I will help you. Remember I was next. Totally ignoring me then told Eric the manager she needs assistance. Eric still paid me no attention went up to another customer that just walked in since he was looking at cases and said how can I help you. The guy told him I dont need any help just looking. Then Eric looks and me and said how can I help you. I told him I had an appointment and I need my screen protector changed. I get it we all want sales but we have to attend to services as well. I paid extra for this service. If you do not like doing this service, dont sell it. Once he found out who I was he started to be friendly and took care of me.Too late. Let me start by saying it is not the company but their employees. Stopped by the 14834 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 location yesterday. Phone broken and had no access. Was not sure if I had the insurance or not. Ask them what they can do for me. They responded with the option of getting a new phone and then told me I had to pay almost $300 on the spot. No problem, but I mentioned that I was online earlier, and it indicated that all I had to pay was $100 from my past due bill and $0 down. I asked about that, and the gentleman insisted that I had to pay the original amount he quoted. I said ok and not today. I stepped outside and called the company directly. Immediately they told me I had insurance and that I had the option of replacing the phone and waiting until next month to get the new phone that is scheduled to come out. WHY didn't the two gentlemen working in the store told me that? Is it because I am BLACK and my looks? I was coming from working outside so I must admit I looked a little out of place but I had my ID and verified my account. WTH!! I don't want to claim the race card, but it surely pointed to that!! read more

We walked in and we were looking at the phones, when a representative told us not to touch the phones because she would have to clean them...... there are no signs to let customers know that the phones are not to be touched. Went in today at about 6:45pm at this location to get a new S10+ on JOD because my old one was defective. The lady rep with the glasses who helped me was very rude and money hungry. Her mood turned sour when she knew my transaction (Jump on Demand lease) wouldn't yield her any money. When I questioned her about why my down payment was different from when i preordered, she gave me the most bs answer and it got me triggered. I then called customer service to inquire and then she immediately brushed me off as a nobody customer and helped someone else. I used to work for T-Mobile and ALWAYS helped anyone regardless of getting commission or not. I've been a customer for over 10 years and have never been treated like this. Avoid this money hungry location at all costs. And to the reps there, never mistreat any customers because they are the ones contributing to your commission checks...customer service is always first. I stopped in the store last night. It was as though I was invisible. There is no way to alert employees of your arrival. There is nothing to have customers join a list. The employees that were in the front of the store were dealing with customers and none bothered to acknowledge my arrival in the store. After some time some other employees walked out the back room and after some time decided that they may grace the several customers waiting with their attention. When one of them finally decided to acknowledge me, his question was "when did you arrive?". I walked out. This location has no concept of customer service. I will not return to this store. I called to get my SIM card replaced and I was told that I waited have no charge to me because it was not damaged I was just switching phones on my account. I come in to the store and Crystal decided to inform me that her coworker that spoke with me on the phone gave me the opposite information that was policy and I would be charged. This store was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I walked in no one greeted me so waited to be assisted. I noticed another customer and the store manager arguing. The store manager was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL he was pretty much yelling at her in the store next to other customers. I couldn't believe he was speaking to a young lady like that. In front of us he actually told her that she didn't deserve the refund and he was doing it as a favor. & He told her that he was going to charge her a restocking fee for a refund on an incomplete transaction and she bought the product the day before. I felt awful for her. Meanwhile, they are arguing, an employee stepped in to help me and while he was helping me he stepped into the argument and ignored me while I was talking to him. I simply walked away. Long story short. The employee that was helping me was trying to make a sale without checking if the IPAD was in stock, after I paid he then proceeded to tell me that they were sold out and in back stock. I ordered 2 new iphones thru this store. I got the promotion which was buy one and get one free. I had an old Android and my husband had an old flip phone! Dealt with a salesperson there, Valery Mata. Franklin was the manager. They BOTH were wonderful and helpful. Valery assured me that when the phones were delivered, to bring in and she would do ALL the info and set-ups I needed. I am 68 yrs old and this stuff is not easy. I switched from Spring. My bill is $20 lower. The phone is paid off, no interest. All a great deal. They were warm and courteous. I would recommend going there and dealing with this store. read more

I am from California and flew in to visit my son at school and decided to upgrade his phone. We ended up at this store because Costco nearby was out of be i phones. So glad they were out. I live very close to the t mobile store so have stopped several times and the representatives are not just always busy, but stressed so much that they are constantly making mistakes. Terrible customer service specially by Mario. Had The miss fortune of being taken care by him twice and both times it was terrible. The first time I thought he was only having a bad day and was probably tired because the store was very busy, but the second time there was nobody in the store and he even managed to be more rude. The worst service ever. Store opened at 9:00 AM. I showed up at 9:05 AM. I only had to replace a lost SIM card. They had me standing waiting for 30 minutes not telling me anything of what is going on, only to wait. Turns out the SIM cards are locked in a safe with a timer, that allows entry at 9:30. If they had told me what was going on, then I could have decided to make better use of my time, rather than standing there with no information wasting time. Instead they gave me no information and created tension and frustration. Once the SIM card came out, the person waiting on me (Xavier) took it upon himself to activate my replacement SIM card on the wrong line - even after he had confirmed while line it should go on. It made me feel like he did it on purpose. Took me several hours fighting t-mobile to get this resolved. I'm more than pissed off and will never go to this store again. I have filed a proper complaint with t-mobile on behalf of Xavier. My time and business is way too valuable to deal with situations like this. Plus they charged me an outrageous $26 for the replacement SIM card. This kind of treatment and service is beyond unacceptable. read more
