I bought an iPhone and traded in my old phone. Although syncing the my gmail was very complicated when I got home, the salesman (I think his name is Johnathan or something like that) was great and literally sat with me the whole time until all the data was transferred. This location is terrible. The staff does not want to help anyone. All they want to do is sell you the most expensive stuff. If you are not looking for the newest and most expensive stuff then the staff does not help you at all. read more

I'm not sure why this store gets some low ratings. I've been there twice with great service. Today Varo helped me upgrade to a new iPhone. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Of course it helps to come prepared. I made sure my current iPhone was fully charged and backed up. Thanks Varo! read more

If I could rate a no star I would...After being on the phone with T-Mobile for over 6 hours on 11/25 with the outcome was to go into a corporate office which was this location. In entering the store the young man advised they do not unlock phones at this location. In all I was needing help as customer sent me to this location. I asked for a supervisor which Daisy identified as such and this is what closed the deal to NEVER DO Business with this company. I explained the situation, she told me to lower my voice and then threaten to call the police. Why? So I called 911 on her behalf after she tells me she would not service me and I was not a customer. First off she assumed I wasn't a customer by not even looking up my account, first offense of assuming!? Next the police officer came and we explained the entire background and he was even amazed at the type of service she was providing. He goes in to talk to her and she asked that I be added to a trespassing list lol!!! All because she was the one with the nasty attitude, declining me service, and talked to like I was unimportant. Here's the catch she's now afraid of repercussions of her behavior. Baby you don't ever have to worry about me because I'm a child of god and your karma will eat you up at the end of the day. Just know I will never do business with T-Mobile and I suggest if you are reading this RUN there are so many other better fit cell phone companies that will value your business... read more
