He offered us to make a Genius Bar appointment if we wanted to spend more time and one was available in less than 10min so we stayed. Justin worked with us during our Genius Bar appointment and we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help and we would want him in the future. He checked our iPhones and explained their status and all options to continue using them and guidance if we wanted to pursue wanting new ones. There was no high pressure sales tactics. Suddenly beginning of August, every call would drop at 3min 10sec. After investigation, many complaints arose with the same issue. This occurred after a software upgrade took place from OnePlus (Chinese). No time of a fix was given, so i decided with De Von's assistance to upgrade to a Samsung A71 5G. Without giving specifics, De Von was able to provide a sizeable discount being the issue with my OnePlus was not one i had created. He copied all info onto the Samsung and was very patient while i checked every aspect of data to ensure nothing was missing. I highly recommend asking for De Von if you are a T-Mobile customer. Just a side note, Samsung no longer makes their phones in China, but rather Vietnam which is totally fine with me.

While there are places on the internet one can get quality systems from, I'm a hands on person so I like to go in, check out computers and talk to people while customizing. Moreover, I like to walk around and Micro Center appeals to my inner nerd. So, what does Microcenter offer, well lots of computers, accessories and everything an aspiring nerd needs to enter the digital world in style. If you're a graphical artist, they have drawing tables and stylist, musically inclined they have adapters to cover that too along with software but I encourage research or talking to a sales rep before buying. How about that keyboard that fits those tired hands? I see a dozen options before we even get into the backlit keyboards. Mice with over 20 buttons for those hardcore gamers will also tempt you. How about a laptop for computing on the go? Well that "buying best" place can only dream of as many options. As for me, while I've built my computer before I decided to let MicroCenter take care of it. The installation cost was low and I was able to build my "super computer" for cheap, a warranty and it was done within three days. What was a lot of fun is the saleman and I talked for about 45 minutes about World of Warcraft b/c he's a player as well. Although he did try and sell me a monitor however I have that covered. I did browse the TV section out of curiosity and noticed their prices and inventory are competitive with other stores as well. I'll admit, I love this place and it's my first option when I need a computer. I like talking to people and discussing options rather than grabbing it off a website. Micro Center has an informed sales staff, a lot of inventory and competitive prices for everything you may need, including phones!
