Walked into the store to activate my used phone because of my phone was stolen. Sales representative "Josy" was at first going to help me when I mentioned about getting a new phone. However, when I said I was just going to stick with my old phone, she started having an attitude. I understand that it is their policy to charge the Sim-Card even if the customer's phone was stolen. She did not explain and those and just kept saying the same thing that "You need to pay." You can look up my review history and never had a complaint about any store. In 10 years of using yelp, I never had a worse customer service. read more

Came in yesterday to inquire about Apple Watch 42mm black Had spoken to Steven on the phone prior to coming to the store to see if they were in stock and they were. Once arrived at the store asked for Steven and he was busy with another customer so he has another one of his co worker yesenia help me out instead of having me waiting. The fact that he had put the watch on hold for me showed courtesy to me has a customer and to have yesenia give 100% customer service and get everything done for us in less then 10 minutes was awesome! She explained everything perfectly and we were on our way, thanks a lot yesenia! read more

Three words describe this place: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came to this location to return a phone case. Something that should have taken 10-15 minutes tops took 1 hour. The representative that helped me was walking around the entire store with my return, talking to her coworkers making fun of a client. I'm glad we changed to Verizon. read more

This store SUCKS!!! Waited 30mins and just left, the workers there don't give a dam about you, you would think since you want to open an a new account with them they care for your business but NOPE they rather just leave to subway next door.. Waste of my time, who ever is the manager there need to pick better workers because they all suck or they need a new manager to run that dam store.. It the worst! If there was negative stars i would click them all! read more

My experience with this tmobile store was horrible. The sales rep was talking on the phone while helping us. She also had no idea what she was talking about and was really rude. Only good thing about this location is that it's empty. If you don't mind awful customer service and just want to get in and out quick, this is the place for you. read more

I was unhappy with AT&T and I asked my friends what service they had and if they were happy. Everyone who said t mobile were happy. So I went to this store to see what they offer. Theresa was our sales rep. Wonderful. Thank you Theresa. They even had a great deal on phones. I walked out the door with a new phone and a monthly cell service (with the monthly price of the phone) and it is less than what I am paying with AT&T for just service. Theresa was great with helping me retrieve info from my old phone and moving it onto my new phone. I'm a grandma and not very good with electronics. I have unlimited data all over the world. Bye bye AT&T. I won't miss you. read more

WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. 5 Employees no one in line but me and they did not bother to help me because they did not want to. They were not too busy to help with talking about what they were going to do on the weekend. 3 other clients walked thru the door and got helped before I did. Granted they put my name on a list and they did not call me. Two employees helped other people that arrived after me instead. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN FROM T-MOBIL. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. read more

Nothing but secret scammers came in a week ago with my sister to makr an account and get us phones. We thought we were getting a good deal but secretly charged us for things we didn't know about like giving us a supposedly "free phone" which ended up being 144$ extra on top of what we got. read more

If I could give negative ratings, I would! When going to the store to pick up a replacement device, I spent 3 HOURS with Jesse and Gerardo trying to transfer all my data from my original device to the new device. After being UNSUCCESSFUL, I attempted to take my original device home with me to try to back it up to my computer before completing the exchange and they REFUSED to let me keep my phone! They GUARANTEED me that they would keep my original phone safe and they would NOT let it leave the store so that when I returned the next day to transfer ALL my data, it would still be there. Low and behold, when I returned the next day, my phone was GONE!!! Sent out with all the returned devices by the opening manager. 3 YEARS worth of photos and videos GONE!!!!! They then said they could NOT recover it, that once it leaves the store there's no way to trace it to retrieve it from the "warehouse". I feel ROBBED!!! Do not believe the lies of the other fake posts giving them positive reviews. After 16+ years of being with TMobile, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! read more

Steven (young in shape guy with 5 year old daughter) helped me find new IPhone did not pressure me to get more phone than I needed. It was busy when I went but I didn't feel rushed. There was an issue with transferring from old phone to new one. He and then Gabby (manager with son) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help my not tech savvy self. She showed me how to back up photos would not give up until all my info was on new phone. She even stayed after it was time for her to go home. I really appreciate it and everything is working great. I've always received good customer service with T Mobile but this really stands out for me. read more

I had an excellent experience at this location. Due to the demographic area of it's mainstream customers the location tends to be increasingly busy. Knowing this I expected the location to be crowded so that wasn't a surprise, however even in spite of the fact the customer service was above and beyond my expectation for such a busy location. Thank you Dalia for the best customer service experience, I will be back to do business at this location for sure, especially since it's the closest to me. read more
