If I could give this location and Manager Alex less I would. Perfect example of customer: "no surface. My husband and I recently signed up for T-Mobile at a different location but had trouble figuring something out on getting a $200 per line refund. We went in to ask for help to which Alex said just go to this website and fill in your information. That required a T-Mobile ID I asked for help in setting that up to which he replied it's pretty straightforward. Just follow the directions. There was absolutely no attempt to help us complete these forms, and to be honest, my husband and I are both in our 70s and have had very little experience in life with computers and cell phones. It's a shame that this young man treated us so poorly because he too will need help one day and will encounter somebody as inept as himself. That being said, we had an absolute fabulous experience at the Bayshore location with manager, Michael Barkstrom who is the reason we chose to switch to T-Mobile. It is amazing to me that a company can Employ to such very different people and give them both the same title of manager. I am ashamed to say that I am wondering if we made the right decision signing up for T-Mobile when I resource is a New Berlin where we live and that is where Alex the manager has the attitude that he does. I wish I could rate this store 0 stars. Joe Moll, the store manager is the worst person I have ever had to work with. I visited the store on January 7, 2023 at 1:25 PM to purchase an iPad. He was extremely rude and could not even tell me what plan he added to the account. I asked him how much the monthly installments would be and he told me I needed to take the cost of the iPad remove 50% and divide that by 24 to figure in out. When I got home I contacted T-Mobile's customer support to see if they were able to help me with this information. They informed me that the iPad was not setup on the correct plan, therefore I would not qualify for the discount. At 5:30PM I took the iPad back to the store unopened and the gentleman working contact Joe to authorize a return with no restocking fee. Joe refused! I asked if I could speak with Joe and told him the man I worked with earlier did not setup the iPad correctly. Joe began to get extremely loud with me saying "I am the man you worked with earlier you "ain't gonna run my name through the mud I know my job on god". I kept trying to speak and he just continued to speak over me and said "I ain't helping you, you can get out my store." He then went on to say "I got plenty people that will vouch for me do what you gotta do" I left the store in tears and went to West Allis in hopes someone could help me. The gentleman were extremely helpful and told me what needed to be done, but because each T-Mobile is a separate franchised I would need to contact the 800 number. I was able to get the correct plan setup and hopefully I will receive my discount. read more
