The former Manager Ashley for this T-Mobile store left due to she lived far. She was awesome to say the least. Went to the Store (next to WAWA) All new people. They had the worst customer service that could be. I went to get another Android cell phone as my Samsung Galaxy 32 was 3 years old and I was having issues with this phone approx 3 years old. We have a senior plan for several years. The so called Manager came out of the closed door and lied to me about a Samsung 14 5G phone and stated it wasn't compatible with our Senior Plan. He wanted to upsell an additional $10 a month for that phone. T-Mobil Customer Care told me the Managers statement was not true the phone was. I happened to get another phone instead. I was refunded $35. for the activation fee due to a "lie" from Customer Care and paid for my new Android phone with them. I totally suggest NOT to go to that T-Mobile as he is a liar. He has ugly beard and appears to be as sloppy as his appearance. read more

First time in this location. I've been looking for a new phone..so I ventured in to see what they had. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help while I browsed. Okay that's nice. The 2 sales people weren't pushy and were knowledgeable about the basic questions I was asking. This store is quite small so selection is very limited. The only issue was they didnt know specs on phones I was asking about. I was trying to avoid going to east brunswick my favorite store but it looks like im gonna have to head there. They have a larger selection of phones and staff are much more knowledgeable on phones and willing to help find me the best deal possible. So closer to home apparently isn't always better. I will say this store is good for quick things, but anything more is a challenge. It is a new locations but I dont likw the fact that their aren't many choices for phones. I'm not an iPhone user, i prefer galaxy but the other selections were quite small. So off I go to somewhere else. read more

Wow. Yesterday my father in law bought a smart watch here. Supposedly it's 75% off $192. There seems to be some kooky way that T Mobile is implementing this deal--you pay full price, which comes out to be $8/month for 2 years, and then for the next two years, you get $6/month refunded on your bill. So my father in law only wanted to know how he would know that this is happening. The manager got really angry with him, feeling like my FIL was accusing him of lying, etc. Bottom line, the paperwork for the watch didn't make sense to my FIL, and he just wanted an explanation. The manager blew it. My FIL then stood outside the store and CALLED T Mobile, and they gave him the answer he was looking for. Also yesterday, my wife tried to get the "Netflix On Us" deal set up, and The girl helping her couldn't do that either. The workers in this particular store are really bottom of the barrel. Awful customer service. I called about an issue I was having with the phone I got (I was given a new iPhone x that didn't have a working rear camera) and on the phone they assured me that they would be able to exchange it for me, I called ahead so I wouldn't waste any time. When I drove over they insisted they wouldn't be able to exchange it for free, instead I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee to exchange a phone that was broken when I got it!! They were not accommodating, even after a talk with the manager, nor were they apologetic about the issue. Don't visit. read more
