One of the female associates rolled her eyes and shrugged her head and said something back in Spanish that seem to make the other customer disgusted. But I just politely nodded and left. My experience at this store started off with a wild and rocky beginning. I will provide the condensed version of the details to save everyone some time. 12/31/2019 We show up to switch from Sprint to T Mobile and get new phones 01/03/2020 I show up to grab my new phone, complete the data transfer and live my best life 01/16/2020 I get an email reminder from T Mobile Corporate, reminding me to turn in my old phone 01/17-01/18/2020 I show up to find out what happened to my old phone and we have a very difficult time figuring out what happened to the old phone, who lost it and what can be done. Frustration for all involved. 01/23/2020 We resolve the problem and T Mobile saves the day This was a really frustrating month for me and my phone issues, but after speaking with the Operations Manager a bunch of times and working with the store manager, we were able to get everything worked out and all is right with the situation. In fact, I have to give a ton of credit to the Ops Mgr for the way he handled this. He was super kind, asked a lot of questions and was willing to add on some perks. I don't think he had to do it, but I think he did it because he felt like the situation was so strange and difficult to resolve, that it was important to take care of the customer. As I had mentioned in my first review, everyone that works here is very kind and they know their stuff. It just so happened that my case turned into a really oddball case, of which they had never experienced before. Thanks for making everything right and for putting up with me. Went to this store to return some accessories that were purchased at another store. The experienced rep at the store where I purchased them told me they could be returned at any T-Mobile store. This store told me that was not true and refused to return. I even presented my ID and physical card and still they refused. Juan was the name of the rep who took control and bullied me away saying I needed to return it to the orginal store I purchased from. After going back to the orginal store and speaking with the original rep, she confirmed again that this store could have and should have done the return. What Juan told me was complete bunk. She gladly did the return for me and apologized profusely for the other store's behavior. What I didn't tell Juan was that I'm looking to switch my six lines over from my current carrier to T-Mobile. I have a strong inclination I would have received a much different level of service from him had I told him. Needless to say, take a wild guess which store I will be taking my business to. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Mickey Mouse store. They are either lazy or uninterested unless your are adding to their commission check. Juan and his crew messed up. read more

I went to this location last night to trade in my iphone 13 for a newer iphone. The store manager was helping me but struggled to find my account for at least 15 minutes. I have been a customer of t-mobile for 3 years and have never had an issue before. He then asked if I had received an estimate anywhere else and i told him i only looked online and saw a deal to trade in my phone for $400 credit and he looked extremely annoyed. He kept taking personal calls on his phone but finally wrote up a bunch of random numbers after 30 minutes of waiting but I agreed to the quote. He then pulled out a flash light to examine my in perfect condition phone and said there was a chip on the corner so he could not accept it. The phone was kept in an otterbox for the 9 months i had it and did not have any scratches, chips, or cracks. It was basically brand new. He told me i could send it in for the trade in but he couldn't give me the deal now. I left and went to an other T-mobile off of 9000 S and they helped me so quickly. Accepted the trade in and walked out with my new phone in under 30 minutes. Do not waste your time at this T-mobile!!! read more

I am baffled at the level of customer service. My poor girlfriend has gone through FOUR refurbished phones from TMobile. Each has had technical errors and every single one has been sent back quickly. She was finally promised a NEW phone and we were told yesterday that the phone was in the store. We waited only a short time upon arriving to the store, maybe five minutes. The customer service rep first told us the phone was not in the store. Not a great start. Upon further inspection, he came out with a box, a phone box. He opened it up and it was a Galaxy S7, same as she has, but it is no longer in production. We quickly decided to ask if this phone was in fact new, as promised. He informed us that it was refurbished and in "guaranteed working order", same as all of the others. We advised the service rep that we were promised a NEW phone and that we have had multiple levels of issues with their refurbished devices. He couldn't seem to locate this information on her account and kept asking how long we have been having issues. Luckily, last time she entered this TMobile location, the manager was nice and helpful enough to give her a loaner phone as this is clearly a TMobile issue. Traci travels for work and the last refurbished phone completely stopped working in the middle of downtown Seattle, with no way of travel as she relies on Lyft in new cities. After hearing our frustrations, the customer service rep was unable to answer our questions or help on the account. So, he called another customer service rep. He explained our situation, but the rep on the phone needed to "hear the story from her". Traci then explained the situation, again. The rep offered 2 options: Pay for an upgrade or accept the refurbished phone. Really helpful. So, we are now awaiting a REFURBISHED phone to be shipped from TMobile, to our home, so we dont have to have future encounters with these representatives. Traci remained calm and diligent, but to be completely honest, I am no longer dealing with this company. I refuse to let a company go back on its word and not even be able to give us the service we pay for. TMobile is a joke. We shall be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Gerardo was soooooo nice and extremely helpful. He gave me a lot of information about switching, different data plans, and pricing, etc. It was pretty busy when I went, about 7:15 pm, but each employee greeted me and let me know I would be helped as soon as someone was available. Gerardo stayed after close (8 pm) with me to finish setting up my new phone. I spent about an hour there, which I am very happy about because I thought the process to switch would take too long and I would have to come back another day. An older lady came in only a couple minutes before close and the employees greeted her immediately and were very patient with her. They handled the rush very well. I am very impressed with the customer service I received at this T-Mobile location and I will definitely be returning. read more

I would suggest NOT buying any type of LG head set from t-mobile. I used the EIP payment plan,well the head set doesn't work at all LG wont fix it and tmobil says to contact LG. Well somebody owes me $22 for the amount left on the EIP that I'M PAYING for a broken head set. I think I'll purchase skullcandy and give them a try. read more
