As far as phone stores go, this one is pretty decent, we switched from AT&T back to T mobile and couldn't be happier. AT&T was getting us for data overages each month, now after 11 days of service have only used 1.6GB for 2 lines? On AT&T would have used 3 times that as they charge some users for using Wi-Fi against the data plan.. Above expectations service from rep "AG", service is quick as can be expected and professional. This store is a company owned store which most of the time is a better choice than using a "Authorized Retailer". We cut our plan by 30 % by switching° and got more data (unlimited plan 2 lines for $100.00 a month) Give it a shot if you are feeling like you are NOT getting the best value from your cell carrier. read more

My sales associate was very helpful and she was patient with me the entire time. Their manager also made sure that I had all my answers before I left the store.
