This place what can I say. I live 50 min out of town. I needed a t mobile modem so I called. They answered. I asked "do you have any hot spot modems?" They answered " Yes we do we only have one type and it's 72 dollars." So I drive there that day to buy one and they say ". Oh we have been out of modems for a few days we need to order some." Yes I was upset. I called first and drove 50 min. I guess they thought not having any in stock was Irrelevant information? Just no insight present with this place. T mobile in general, if you have ever dealt with this company it's just a disorganized dumb company. I spent an additional 1.5 hrs on the phone with the company trying to get a modem. I finally cancelled my new account. I think this lufkin store reflects the company very well. The two people working the counter reminded me of opossums. You know how that animal is kind of blank faced and appears to have absolutely zero insight past it's own nose. read more

Horrible service, I mean wouldn't stand by to fix broken phone and sent me to Best Buy who would charge almost what phone would cost brand new to fix for a broken screen. Didn't send me to appropriate place being that I was under a service plan and had phone insurance. read more
