Steer clear of this store. There is no central check-in system. You must wait for a rep to come over to check you in when they want to and that results in 1) long waits and 2) arbitrary decisions about the order in which customers are assisted. The reps don't seem to be well trained in providing accurate information or in how best to speak to customers. I went to the store three times. On the second occasion, the rep told me that the discount offer the rep and I talked about on my first visit wasn't in effect any longer even though the first rep said it was valid until the end of the month. Rep two told me I had to call customer service. Customer service, after apologizing for the store, sent me back to the store to speak to a manager. Visit three: Assistant manager insisted that the manager was in a meeting (as the manager walked in the door with his lunch), would have the manager reach out to me and took my name and number. Weeks later - you guessed it - no outreach, no response. Please care more about your customers T-mobile. read more

I recently visited this store with my sister to add a line to my family plan. My sister previously had Verizon and was thinking of coming onto my T-Mobile plan. The staff was extremely attentive/welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. And very knowledgeable - they explained how much she would save and all of the other benefits if she switched over from Verizon onto my plan. They also addressed her concerns about T-Mobile coverage. Made the process so pleasant, easy and quick! read more

This store is a great example of why I enjoy being a TMobile customer. The staff is nice & provide great service.

The customer service at this location is horrible. African Americans are overlooked and ignored when they enter the store. You can wait minutes without being acknowledged or even told "I'll be right with you." Twice I observed another customer enter the store and all of a sudden their presence is acknowledge while the African American is still waiting patiently for their turn. read more

I've been a customer for a long time at T-Mobile, loyal paying customer and after a while I decided to go to buy a Christmas present (JBL speaker) at the end of November .. when it was given as a present it wasn't too long that it was returned to me from the person I gave it to, with damage. I went back to T-Mobile and decided to exchange it and explain to them what happened .. I went two times .. both times TURNED away because a MANAGER wasn't on staff, both times I felt as if my time and my money invested meant nothing to them. I finally decided to go back a THIRD time and was serviced by an employee named Jean, he helped me with a smile on his face and didn't care about even hearing what happened, he switched the item out and made me feel like I finally got the customer service I felt like I should've gotten the first and second time. I really liked the service I received from Norberto! Efficient and knowledgable he got my new phone set up in a fraction of the time it has taken before. He is polite and helpful, and I had a great experience. i once was there before when it was very busy, and had to wait for a phone to be serviced, and thanks to the Starbucks and Barnes and Noble next door it was an enjoyable wait. I wish all T-mobile stores were as good as this one. read more

Worst customer service ever. Went to this store because my phone stopped working and phone was under warrenty. I went to one of the Wayne stores which did not have the phone i wanted in stock so they called another store and reserved one for me. Before i went to the other store i was told that i should be careful because the little falls store didnt sound like they know what they are doing. That should have been a red flag. I was told i could not upgrade till i paid balance then i was told i couldnt use my upgrade which i am allowed 3 per year. So I had to buy another phone and was charged an upgrade fee and tax on my phone. I went home and called customer service to ask why i was charged upgrade fee when i was told i couldnt upgrade. Customer service told me the store did the return of my phone incorrect and that i needed to go back and have them refund my upgrade fee. So i go back and was met with a group of employees who told me i was wrong and refused to call customer service when i asked repeatedly. So i call customer service again and complain about the store. Needless to say we are getting full refund with return of the old phone which is what the store was supposed to do but refused to. I will not go in that store anymore. If there was a lower rating i would use it. read more

The staff here was rude to me. I brought in a phone to be serviced. I was switched around to various people and told to go somewhere else. I explained that this was the second T-Mobile already and why are they referring me to a third? They couldn't answer the question. The phone was not mine but I did purchase a memory card while there for $20. I waited for over two hours and the sales associate refused anything I asked, like call me when the phone was ready, etc. On the second time I asked, she took down my number but never called me when they started servicing the phone. They have 3 security cameras beaming down on the customers and are mean and uncooperative. read more
