This review is being written following my visit to the Verizon store in Totowa, NJ, on Rt. 46,…read morefollowing the assistance I received from their customer service representative Kayla P. I own a Google Pixel 2XL smart phone and needed help with certain Settings. Arriving at the store with a 2PM appointment, made earlier, I was promptly greeted by Kayla who offered to assist me. We then sat down to discuss my issues. A good number of questions were posed to Kayla all of which she quickly and skilfully addressed with aplomb. Using my phone, Kayla showed me several commands that resulted in my now being able, for example, to quickly access my destination listing when downloading a new GPS Ap. In my case, I now wanted to use Google Maps, abandoning Scout GPS due to it being phased out, as well as it recently failing to perform when needed on the road. Kayla quickly found my "lost" list of destinations that I had tried to transfer from Scout to Google Maps. I was immediately impressed with Kayla's knowledge and style, her degree of patience and understanding notwithstanding! In addition to my now being able to have Google Maps on my phone along with my original destination list, Kayla performed a quick "clean-up" of my phone in order to determine that my current Settings were not unnecessarily draining my battery. Kayla is to be commended for upholding Verizon's Mission Statement towards providing excellent customer service regardless if that customer was not in the market for an upgrade or new device. Thank you Kayla!

They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns and even after i bought the laptop i had to call them to personalize my new laptop and they were very patient and helpful with my situation. Overall, in terms of shopping for electronics, this was the easiest and the most painless experience i've had. They also had over a dozen options to choose from ranging from macbooks, imacs, ipads and iphones. I usually wouldn't buy a used computer but these guys helped me feel very confident about my purchase especially because they are a reputable company, plus if i had bought a brand new laptop, i would've dished out way more money. I will be going to them for all my apple products in the future whether it is for another computer or a repair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for apple products for a fair price

Today, switching cell phone carriers is easier than ever…read more Many moons ago, moving from one phone provider to another meant buying a new phone, switching to a new phone number, and adding contacts and apps manually. Now, most phones work across any provider, the cloud makes restoration easy, and phone numbers can be transferred regardless of carrier. This allows cell phone customers to switch whenever necessary -- whether they're looking for improved service or better rates. Located off of Route 46 West in Totowa, my partner and I went to visit the T-Mobile store. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff. I was led to a table and spoke to Alen. He was absolutely instrumental in giving me what I needed by answering every question. Not only did I change carrier, I also got an upgrade to an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The main factors were poor network performance, current device features, and picture quality. I left the store with a new toy, which I can recommend.

He would up just giving us a clear case that was definitely less money than what we paid just to get us out of there..terrible! And just to mention the place was empty there was no rush. This was horrible and I will never go there again.

We talked for awhile, got the problem diagnosed, the guy at the desk called the owner to confirm the part being ordered, great. Get to a week later, I call back about the part because I need it replaced. "Oh, $, we never got that ordered. I was mowing my lawn when he called me and..." Oh boy. Not good. Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully.
