The first call - oh - you'll receive your refund in a cople of weeks. Then - it will be a month. Then - it will be 3 billing cycles... and so on and so on. I love the fact that I have all those calls recorded as proof. I called yesterday and today - they say it will be mailed - but refuse to give me a date it will be mailed. It's been SIX MONTHS. I see from the previous BBB complaints - this apparently is their scam. The staff is incompetent and dishonest, just like the company. I look forward to posting additional reviews on multiple websites. They've wasted my time - so now I'm going to waste some of theirs... SMH. #Idiots
