I have had my offices phone lines down for over 5 hours and I am still awaiting a tech. They have given me 3 different timelines and refused to send over a technician until they receive a payment! They want me to buy a 10 hour support block at 175/hour. THEY WILL WANT YOU TO PAY $1750 JUST TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND POTENTIALLY FIX IT. POTENTIALLY! AS IN NO GUARANTEE! Then if they consume those 10 hours trying to repair it and it is not resolved you need to sign another agreement!!! THEY REFUSED TO TROUBLESHOOT ON THE PHONE! This company is a cancer to my business and has absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. 10 AM - "We have a technician in the car heading to you, they will arrive in 1hr 30min. Please have our check ready." 11:30 AM - "We will not dispatch the technician until you have confirmed that they check is ready" -- Already did this on the phone. Twice. Sent an email this 3rd time. 11:45 AM - "The technician will arrive within the hour as long as we have an agreement on purchasing 10 hours of block time." 12:30 PM - "The technician has just been dispatched, they will arrive within the hour." This company is a joke. This isn't the first time something like this happens either. I am sure there are some very knowledgeable technicians working there, but their business operations simply do not work. This company is clearly more concerned about collecting payment than correcting the issue. NO customer service. NO urgency. NO help.

    If I could give this location zero stars, I would…read more I went to T-Mobile store #2042 in Fort Lauderdale for a connectivity issue on my Pixel 8. An employee inserted a physical SIM and my phone immediately worked--full signal, texts downloading, data functioning. The issue was effectively resolved. Without my request, the employee then removed the working SIM and began swapping in additional SIM cards. From that moment on, my phone lost connectivity and could not recover. When I pointed out that the device had just been working minutes earlier, the store manager dismissed the situation outright. There was no attempt to restore the working configuration, no meaningful troubleshooting, and no accountability for what had just changed. Instead, I was told the phone was defective, which I have since confirmed is not accurate. After leaving the store, I had to spend hours diagnosing and attempting to fix the issue myself, including a full factory reset and working with T-Mobile support directly. As I write this, I am dealing with ongoing service instability on a day of travel with my family. That is not just inconvenient--it's unacceptable. You cannot take a working device, make changes that break it, and then pretend nothing happened. That is exactly what occurred here. To make matters worse, the manager refused to provide any escalation contact and repeatedly shut down the conversation instead of addressing the issue. This was not just poor service--it actively made the situation worse and then refused to take responsibility. Avoid this location if you value your time, your device, or basic accountability.

The stared at me, did not say hello and when I said I was having problems with my phone they acted as if they could not be bothered. The lady looked at it and said I had caused the problem and could not help me. I will not go to this store again. They need better management.
