After the incident that I had five years ago here with a tablet and a cord that had a short in it…read more(as it turned out that I found out later on), I decided that I was going to give this place another chance to do right by me and to see if they were going to give me good service today. My late mother used to have her cell phone service through Verizon and sometimes the guys that were working at the store we're good to her, although if you have them, couldn't understand what my mom was talking about -- particularly when she was confused about my Google account accidentally getting mixed in with her stuff on her phone back in the day. When I arrived, the guys working in the store greeted me, but were busy with other customers. I was mainly interested in just looking around and seeing if they even had an android phone case that would fit my new android phone. One of the guys was semi-snotty to me and in a tone of voice, that sounded very contemptuous to me, asked me if I needed help right away, to which I told him that I was mainly just looking right then, which I was looking at a charger for my phone. After poking around, I found something similar to what I wanted, but I could not find the price on it. I felt that I had seen and heard everything that I needed to see and hear in here, so I left. I think that I'll continue to go up the street to the T-Mobile store, where I get a lot better and more friendly service.

In a quest to find a particular item, I tried going in to one of the other physical location, and…read morecalled another. After both of those locations did not have what I was looking for, I called this location. As luck would have it, they had one left. I asked if they could hold it for me. The person on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately, and asked if I was the one who called. The item was quickly retrieved for me. Chris took a moment to say hi to my son, then quickly and efficiently completed the transaction.
