I made a $60 cash payment and a $52.66 payment off my card on 5/31/22. TO THIS DAY (7/12/22) M-Y account has YET to be credited. I found this out when my service was shut off AGAIN yesterday after I thought I'd "hammered everything out" with a representative at corporate last month (they found that the payment had been credited to someone else's account, but WOULDN'T pull it back and apply it to mine!). The guy at this store the night of 5/31 pocketed my $60 cash and charged the entire balance of $112.66 to my card. Not only is this THEFT, but IT'S FRAUD because I only authorized a payment off my card for $52.66. Someone at this store is incredibly dishonest and I definitely won't be using this store again!! Now tomorrow, I have to drive the 18 UNNECESSARY miles out to this store to figure out who stole my money! I returned to this store today (7/13/22) and was informed that my account had been credited and that the employee who took my $60 cash payment hadn't pocket it.
