    We had a really disappointing experience at this Verizon store. There was an Indian man working…read morethere who provided some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We had purchased our phones from a third party because Verizon didn't have the models we wanted, and we simply needed help switching them over to our plan. From the start, he seemed annoyed that we weren't buying directly from the store. He pushed us off to the side, prioritizing customers who might make a purchase, and made several rude comments like "what's done is done" and "you should have bought an iPhone 17." The eye-rolling alone said plenty about how little he wanted to help. He had very bad body odor and the second time we came in, he was sleeping across the chairs. It ended up taking three separate visits before everything was finally set up--and during our last visit, he didn't even speak a single word to us. My husband was tempted to go elsewhere even if there was a long wait at a different location. That's how bad the service was. Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable.

We left the store after Linden said we were saving $50 per month. He sold us on the Netflix package because he said it would save us money and a faster Internet. What he didn't explain is that we had to pay $60 for the new Internet box. Turns out our monthly bill increased by $30 a month, which was more than what we would've paid if we had stayed with our original Netflix plan and our original Internet plan. Luckily we reviewed the receipts that came through our email. To make matters worse when we called to complain they said the manager would not be in until the following day and that his name was Trevon. But the real issue lies in the fact that at 9:45 PM that same night we received a long text message from Linden. Saying he heard we called the store to complain and he was trying to explain himself. While my husband was reading the email at almost 10 o'clock at night, he then began to call my husband. We did not take the call. When we called to speak with Trevon the next day, it sounded like Linden answered the phone, and there was some whispering before he handed the phone to someone else who clearly was not Trevon! Honey I know what a black man sounds like!!!! Bottom line is we found out that this is a cellular sales authorized retailer. These sales associates do not work directly for Verizon. Had to call their corporate offices. The phone number is 877-851-0649 after we called the real Verizon store in Thornton to complain about the Firestone store they explained that they get countless calls and complaints about the Firestone location!!!

    I would like to share a service complain on Comcast Xfinity...where I am not even a customer of…read moretheirs but have made multiple attempts to get them to fix their install that comes into our backyard for over a year now. Around April/May of 2020, we had Xfinity knock on our door to ask permission about accessing an electric box in our yard for neighbors that we're getting their service installed. We asked why the cables had to come to our yard, but at that point in time it was the closest connection in our new development. However, they didn't ground the wires as promised. Instead, they dangled the cables over the top of our low-level fence lines - crossing three neighbors fence lines before reaching the actual customer. We made sure to call it out to them that the way they were planning on leaving it will not work for us. And they were quick to tell us that they will have a team come to ground the wires so they're not exposed and hanging for any children (or adults for that matter) to accidentally touch. That promise has still never been met - and that's the issue we have been continuously trying to correct. We've called over 15 times - even had a service technician come out around February of 2021 where he said this is not how it should have been installed. At that point in time we were in our wet/snow season, so the gentleman told us they'd be out in May 2021 to come ground it once we got to dry season. That never happened either. I have called 6 times since July 2021 (only achieving 4 ticket numbers) but they have scheduled a technician to come on a Saturday - where they never showed. They told me on another ticket I would receive a call - which I never did. Then another time another call promise - to the same result. Then a 4th time with the same result. The last time I spoke I heard the exact same wording and knew I was only going to get the exact same result. At this point we have now filed complaints with the BBB and the FCC.
