She determined that it was most likely the control board (which, of course, is no longer made). She found one online for $500. Her advice was that the cost of the board and labor did not justify repairing our washer. "You should buy a new one." Thank you Deanna.

After several calls to get our stove fixed, I finally got my service call money refunded. Since they were not going to fix my stove, I requested assistance to replace the stove. As expected, I never got a response, so I had to buy a stove myself costing $1,100.00. To add insult to injury, the person who answers the phone actually said that she thinks it was broken before the service call.

I posted a request for a service recommendation on Next Door and Cynthia from Aire Serv of the Front Range quickly responded with availability to come out to our house. Ben from Aire Serv came out within a couple hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. He went through the basics of how the unit works and what was causing the problem. Our HVAC unit hadn't been cleaned in a few years and that was causing the burners to not ignite. Ben gave me a proposal for a thorough cleaning on the spot and upon my approval got to work. Two hours later, our HVAC was back to working like a champ. Ben also gave me photos of the before and after of the cleaning. Great, thorough service and I am most grateful to Aire Serv.

We had the most unbelievable experience with these guys. They came to clean the vent line, which…read morewas successful - they were able to expel lint through the line to the exterior. However, the guy dropped his phone down the line while taking 'after' photos - an accident. They had to come back to cut a hole into our drywall to open up the vent line and retrieve the phone. After that, there was hot, moist air coming out of an HVAC return and zero air coming out the vent outside when we ran the dryer. They came back and said they couldn't find a problem. We came to find out later that they didn't bother to run a camera near the area that had been opened for the phone. The problems continued, and we paid another company $225 to find out our line had a total separation. Wizards came back, claimed the separation and subsequent problems were not their fault (despite none of the problems existing prior to opening the line to get the phone), and refused to fix it without charging us. Needless to say, I would not recommend.
