I walked in, was immediately greeted and they have adequate and knowledgeable staff helping everyone out. There were at least 7-10 folks in the store and everyone was being served, in and out efficiently. I had a particular situation I needed support with and another staff member jumped in to support immediately. Everyone was kind, calm, and helpful. The process was so smooth and easy. I have been trying to a warranty swap on my Galaxy A71 for a week now. To no avail. I take my device to the store and Michelle looks at the device rubbed it over with both hands. She then hands the device to a tech. Same thing she too looks at it flips it rubs it and replies,"Yeah we can fix it. So I make the claim with Assuant.By the way Assuant is the worst company ever. I spend all day killing time at the mall and didn't get my confirmation email. So I call back ,I had to explain the situation four times. Finally dude tells my well sir you have to wait 24 hours to get a confirmation email. I ask why didn't one of the other three people tell me that. I could have been home hours ago. And I have to wait two business days for the replacement device to ship. OK got the text device is in. Call Assuant again they tell you I wasn't covered at the time of the incident. Mind you I have been covered since I bought the phone in June of last year. But because I changed my phone number it threw there system for a hoop. I call T-mobile explained again, they get it right off. The experts calls Assuant explain for me the situation, now Assuant rep should be together with us by now right, WRONG! THEY SHOT ME BACK TO T MOBILE!! I'M TRYING TO TELL THIS CLOWN THAT T MOBILE STILL ON THE PHONE! HE TRANSFERS THE CALL ANYWAY AND KICKS MY EXPERT OFF THE CALL! THREE TIMES. COUNT IT PEOPLE (3) TIME! So the fourth time we ask for a supervisor, she tries to transfer us again but Felipe asks for a manager. Finally we are all together, right? WRONG! I got everything I need, Uber back to the store today and some other lady said there is extensive damage to the back of the phone. She show the phone to the manager. She agreed. I asked why that was not stated on the 11th. Her answer was me are human. My question was if I watch these two ladies rub and flip the phone why didn't they say something ,again we are human. My question to the whole world right now is HOW DO YOU MISS EXTENSIVE DAMAGE HOLDING THE DEVICE IN YOUR HANDS. Anyway the manager jumps on the phone, slides we to another manager, named Dee, he fixes the situation but I have to pay $70 more now I was ready to do that but here comes Assuant. I have to wait two to three days for the device delivery. Now I am sooo angry I want to throw up on somebody! Why do I have to wait for another device if they have the one I was going to get the 1st time. You get this,they have a refurbished A71 in the store, I have to wait for another refurbished A71 to be delivered. Meanwhile I am stuck with the defective A71 for at least three more days. It took me Forever to post this because after every two or three characters the keyboard hides or the cursor move somewhere else in the text. Then I have to backspace characters put the cursor where it belongs and continue.
