When I first walked into this T-Mobile Experience Store, I have to admit I was impressed with the ambiance. It was relaxing in a sense with spa if you will. If you come to the store, they will scam you. Customer service and their policies says one thing and the store will see a different whole different story. They want to take a lot of money out of you and there's policy and services are free. What states online that's the store can do and the store will make up a lot of excuses and to get money out of you. Highly do NOT recommend not to come to the store at all. Their customer service and their value for it's beyond horrible. They only wanted to steal money from you. read more

It's insane that a simple task of swapping a SIM needs a 40 min wait. The establishment needs to staff right or learn to segregate tasks. I understand sales is their priority but they need to have associates who manage service in every location to take care of existing customers. There are certain tasks that cannot be done online and T-Mobile needs to equip themselves to do better at this. The person finally assist me is Daniela she got no clue about upgrades, or my account and took a while read some useless information to give me information. This store is run by incompetent individuals who has no idea about the products or their services. Instead, they try to scam you for plan upgrades. This is the worst store I ever been to. read more

Was here to add a new line for my T-Mobile service. We were helped by Jose. He was super cool. Quickly figured out the best option which has a promotion on it. He literally took no time to set up the new line. He made the customer care call on behalf of us to get it done even faster. Delighted with the service we received that day. Absolutely worse customer service I have experienced. Kamil (an employee since 2015), gave me two absolutely incorrect answers to my questions, one regarding my account, one with a promotional. I was later able to verify he was wrong. He refused to help me with my Apple Watch; he told me to call the 800 number with my simple account question and does it all with a very condescending, smug smile. It was obvious he just wanted me to leave. I was so unhappy when I got home and verified his MISinformation, I called the store, was told the manager would call me, but, of course never did. The following day, I went to a different T-Mobile store in Irving (Beltline) and had the opposite experience. Abel solved all 4 of my reasons for coming efficiently and with a big smile. This is probably the worst store you can go to if you're looking for a cell phone provider. The person who helped me was friendly but not knowledgeable. He was only interested in selling me the most expensive plan. When I asked him about cheaper plans, he couldn't or wouldn't explain the other rates. He refused to provide anything in writing. This guy was only interested in getting a maximum commission. He totally came off as not trustworthy so I had to leave without purchasing a plan. I would never buy anything from this store, or maybe from T-Mobile after this experience. I dropped by this location cause it was on the way home. I am not the type to post reviews because often a review comes off as if everyone at the store is bad.. If you ever come to this store, stay away from JAY even if he is the only one available.. he is rude, arrogant, acts like someone who knows it all, cuts you off every second before you have a chance to explain your issue. I got a new phone, one button was not working properly, went to the store 2 days after I got the phone in the mail, first thing he said was that I dropped the phone.. making an assumption.. the same new phone was very slow while off wifi, he said it can't be fixed.. I called T-Mobile online, they connected me with the support team, right away they game me instructions to fix my internet issue (and it worked).. and they got an appointment for me to have the button fixed (it was a factory issue), clearly JAY needs some customer services trainings. read more

After reading all of the prior reviews of this store...I must of come here at the perfect time or day. I personally had a very pleasant experience getting a new phone for my wife. The wait wasn't bad at all, and the person that assisted me was very knowledgeable of T-Mobile's plans, and handsets. If anything, I felt that I came out a bit educated on what I have with my services, and my personal handset. This is why I have been with them since the Voice Stream days...and that's a LONG time with T-Mobile!!! :) Like I stated, I must of come in the store at the time or day to get this wonderful experience. I completely agree about this location being understaffed. Very slow and customer service is a little bit hit or miss. It's definitely always busy especially on weekends. Best bet would be weekdays during the day while everyone is working.I have been with the company forever but if I have to choose a store this would probably be one of my last options in terms of location. read more

Really dead atmosphere. WiFi was down when we came so I couldn't get my phone restored like i needed to. The staff acted like they were bored out of their minds, and we weren't greeted upon entering. Not a pleasant place to be. AT&T stores are much more welcoming. There were no visible trash cans inside, so we had to venture out and find one while waiting for someone to pay attention to us inside. read more

Okay so Monday I broke my MetroPCS screen so instead of going and paying for another Metro phone I checked out T-Mobile Yesterday I already had their internet for a while so I went there got a phone no money down no monthly payments it was a Motorola one 5 ace 5g so I didn't have the phone less than 24 hours and I dropped it and broke it I contact customer service they told me I didn't have insurance told me to take to the store and ask them to do service so I did I went to the store at 7601 N MacArthur Blvd Suite 100, Irving, TX 75063 asked about service the guy ignored me and added insurance to my plan I did not have insurance when I broke my phone but when I went up there the guy added it and told me to contact insurance either today or in a few days up to me. I called customer service repeated times called one guy he wouldn't answer my question I asked him if he's going to give me a new phone yes or no all he will do is beat around the bush so I hung up on him call back spoke to a young female she said the same thing just follow it on the insurance that's telling me to commit FRAUD then I spoke to another lady and I explained to her this guy tried to get me to commit fraud I will be putting on Facebook Twitter putting it on everything which I don't have these accounts active I had them inactive so I finally spoke to a third person after the second person told me to commit fraud and I told her after you telling me to commit fraud I need to speak to your manager the manager gets on the phone and I tell her everything she and then we go through this 30 minutes an hour of talking and I told her basically are you going to give me a new phone or cancel the account it's a yes or no question new phone or no she tried to get me to into a new phone at $11 a month which isn't much but it's principal I paid $0 down 0 a month for this phone so I can't get another one well their policy says they can't give me another one free phone so therefore I told him I'm done with her I would call I called insurance I called the FBI that's where the damn phone up it's in three pieces I did not tear up the internet because I did not own it but I will be responsible for the phone so that's my day T-Mobile or crooks will try to get you to be a crook and this matter is going to be handled by the insurance company with a guy try to give me the commit fraud he says they're going to do something about it when they investigate they will eventually probably prosecute I sent a message a message on Twitter to Jon Freier of T-Mobile and go from there I repeat watch out for T-Mobile read more

Deserves zero stars. Went in to exchange a charge cord.. Charge cords come with a life time warranty... I have been advised by multiple locations that i can bring it to any t-mobile store location for a replacement. Well i came here and i was denied my replacement. They Asked me for a receipt, which of course i did not save. She said its not in her computer either... Well i will never come back to this location to the exchange my cord. I really don't like it when companies are not on the same page. Didn't get an apology for it either for wasting my time there. read more

All Tmobile stores and customer service needs a big fat ZERO. This company is TERRIBLE. We got our phones at the store in Coppell. The guy totally lied to us about when we would receive them and our billing. I have to call every month to have them fix our account. They always charge us $38 over so they have to fix it. Then the service....OMG!! Its the absolute worst. We wont get texts for days, cant use my Uber app while at my desk, cant send pictures, etc. Never had any of these problems with AT&T. As soon as we pay our phones off, we're out! read more

I don't want to be rude,but honestly wouldn't recommend this place. They hustle you out,and I feel like you people are doing this because we're young. We've tried to call so many times to talk about payment options,and they never want to accept the call,but they're quick to charge us money everytime,I don't understand how I'm supposed to pay with the COVID-19 going on,many jobs are closed including my own.. Now our lines are cut off,they keep ignoring our calls,and keep charging us money everytime. Rude staff,they're not professional in any way,nor understanding,and very judgemental. The very first time we got our phones they gave us a price we would have to pay each month,after 2-3 months they changed it and it went up high,after that they changed it for the third time and it went up higher. I came in during a busy Friday & they were very well staffed. I was approached nicely & immediately to get my name on the wait list. Scoped out iPhones read details then had an associate ready to help me. Jesus was very honest & kind. Presented me with other options & deals without me feeling like I was being up sold.
