James assisted me. He wasn't welcoming, and I didn't find his customer service to be polite or engaging. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask him twice to speak louder because I couldn't hear him. After briefly looking at my phone, his main suggestion was to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off whenever I lost service. Considering I explained that this has been an ongoing issue, I expected him to run a diagnostic first. Instead, I had to ask if a diagnostic could be performed. Before doing any meaningful troubleshooting, he also tried to discuss upgrading my phone. The experience felt more focused on selling a new device than resolving the issue I came in to fix. Better communication, stronger customer service, and a genuine effort to troubleshoot would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location.
