The first 2 times were just "missed opportunities" but the last time I walked out of the door in the middle of a sale from the Rt 73 store because the guy was selling me just so hard. Uncomfortably so. Anyway, on a whim I decided to go here at lunch today and had *great* service. No hard sell, awesome customer service (I interacted w both with the (I'm presuming) store manager and my salesman (a younger, handsome guy w dark hair and well dressed - everyone was dressed, actually, but I digress...) and i got exactly what I wanted, didn't feel pressured in the least, and the salesman apologized to me (!!?!?) for how long it was taking bc my POS phone wasn't connecting to wifi. Plus, you could tell the staff had good personalities - it was pretty crowded being a holiday - and seeing the positive, laid back interactions from everyone was pretty cool. This was not the case at this T-Mobile location, I had a great experience on two separate visits within a week of each other. Both times I worked with Sean, and he helped me find a phone for my younger sister, as well as a new smartphone for me. Unfortunately my phone was having issues after only a week but I had an easy exchange when I went back in, and was able to get a different phone (myTouch 4G) that I liked alot better, no hassle, no problems, & I was in and out within a half hour. I have been a T-mobile customer since 2003 and it really is the customer service that has kept my business with them. This location has friendly staff, and usually not a very long wait. I have gone to other stores (Verizon, AT&T) with friends and been annoyed with their poor customer service and long wait times. Now it's time to deck out my phone with some accessories....I'm sure I"ll head back to this location if I can't find what I'm looking for online!

Candi took the time to get my parents comfortable while she researched the best deal, explained the plans down to even how they can use their phones for international travel, worked to transfer their numbers and all their former phone data, checked and double checked with them to make sure all the important stuff transferred over (yes, screen savers are important) and suffered through "Dad jokes" and banter with a genuine upbeat positive lovely attitude. Even got my dad a free Apple Watch. Set up everything for them painlessly. An hour and a half later, all was settled and Candi was just as delightful and unflagged. A true delight to work with! Steve removed a large ball of lint that had accumulated in the port and now it works fine. He replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus. It had only been working at half of its original capacity.
