Dont EVER shop there. They are NOT t mobile but a franchise dealer. They will cheat you without you even knowing. Lie, fabricate, mis-lead just to get you to say yes. Had a broken phone, with insurance coverage, should have been an easy repair, but no mention of insurance, instead whirled me into a new.plan with a.new phone, added an extra line, i guess for my cat, and said only $10 more a month, but as i checked later through t mobil customer service, it is $70 a month extra. These guys lie through their teeth. They told me that if I wanted to do a phone upgrade within 14 days it would be no problem, and that there wouldn't be a restocking fee. Today, the manager, I believe his name is Shane (although I'm not certain) tells me that it would cost me an $80 restocking fee to upgrade my phone. Both he and his assistant Ryan need to learn that the customer is always right and that lying and giving attitude to an upset customer doesn't go very far. Don't shop here. I fully regret doing business with these liars and crooked salesmen. They also told me I would get free Netflix and Apple TV, a promotion of which I never received. read more

They continued to bill me for months after I'd cancelled service. The store got in touch with District Manager who admitted mistake and agreed to reimburse me then gave me the run around for months. Last spoke to Wesley in store who was very rude and dismissive. read more

I generally dont like to write bad reviews but the Service we encountered was horrible here. My boyfriend and I went to see about our sprint SIM card being switched to tmobile in the Doylestown store. The man that helped us ( no name tag of course but wore a hat) became very irritated with my few questions to the point it made me feel very uncomfortable. He rolled his eyes and waved us on, told us to come back another time because he can't to anything for us. Worst experience in a service industry. read more

I had two really bad customer service experiences with two of the young men who work here. Long story short the first young man who"helped" is ordered the incorrect phones to be delivered to us, and the second one literally told me there was nothing he could do to help resolve the issue that they caused. I won't be going back for that reason. However, the manager did resolve the issue for me eventually (on my third visit), so if you are choosing to visit this store, call ahead and make sure the manager will be there (he wasn't there when I went back to get the issue fixed the first time) and have the manager assist you. He seems to be the only competent employee this store has, and is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. PS this is not a TMobile corporate store, it's operated by a third party, which, according to the corporate store, severely limits the resolution you can get from T-Mobile corporate if the third party screws something up. I'll be going to a corporate store from now on. read more

I purchased a screen protector for a new phone also purchased at this store. I immediately had issues with the protector's sensitivity and exchanged it for a replacement within a week. About two weeks after that, the replacement screen protector cracked under the light pressure of my fingers tapping out a message. When I brought the protector back to the store and asked for a refund, I was told they couldn't do anything but continue to replace what, to me, seems to be a defective product line. While there is a fourteen day return policy, I had returned the original within 14 days, and returned this second one within 14 days of the exchange. The store clerk did nothing to address my concerns and essentially stared at the wall behind me and shrugged. As a small business owner, I felt this was careless and poor customer service and I will no longer make purchases at this store. read more

Had to change over from Verizon and couldn't have had a better experience! Alexia V waited on us and the whole switch was painless. She really knew what she was doing! The whole process was about an hour. She saved us money on our plan and made some great recommendations. Would highly recommend seeing her for anything you need with T Mobile! read more

My experience with this store has been terribly frustrating. They retained my phone after an upgrade and it took five contacts to finally get the unit in the mail back to T-Mobile. On the first two calls, the staff lied to me and said the unit had already been sent. Finally the manager found it and got it sent. Now T-Mobile tells me the device was assessed incorrectly by the store and has reduced my trade in. Terrible first impression of T-Mobile. At least T-Mobile Customer Service has credited the difference in the trade in value back to my account. read more
