They've added this, didn't subtract that, told us one number and when the bill came it was twice that. Our first bill outside of the shop of liars in Reynoldsburg, Ohio even had a late fee built in. You might stay away from that place. Courtney looked the entire account over and found a couple of key mistakes that resulted in upcharges. There was also a first responder discount that was never applied. By the time she was finished not only was the bill cut in half; we received a year long bundle for three different streaming services...for free. She even told us those services "fall off" on their own next year. No need to even call. Great work, Courtney. Beautiful store. I've paid for Verizon wireless PREMIUM plans since 2007 (they only recognize 9 years)…read more since October of 2022 I've been being over charged on my bill. since November of 2022 I've spent almost 2000 hours on the phone and chatting with Verizon's customer service who has verified and agreed with my claim yet mysteriously dropped my calls or not been able to fix the problem until April of 2024. Almost $3000 over charged and the best they are willing to do is credit my vzw account. 100% refusal from the executive branch to give my money back. im aware they have the best service when it comes to cell phone service, but I'm reluctantly leaving the cell phone giant because the stress this has added to my life is way worse than dealing with mediocre cell phone service. my advice to new customers, leave before you have to deal with customer service. if you stay or chose VZW, every bill should be thoroughly gone thru and question all suspect charges. You get nothing but three years of being locked in contracts and no incentives for multiple lines. Run
