The day of the big snowstorm, my phone quit charging. We are rural and only have our phones to communicate for emergencies. I called as soon as the Culpeper store opened the next day, and the girl on the phone said she couldn't tell me anything over the phone, we had to bring it in. I had also fractured my ankle during the storm. So we drove 30 miles to have her look at the phone, with a broken foot. Hubby took phone in, and she DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT!!! She said they were busy that morning and only told us to come in because she didn't have time to deal with us on the phone. Told hubby "this isnt a repair center, I don't know where you can take it." TOTALLY BLEW US OFF, AFTER MAKING US DRIVE THERE IN HORRIBLE CONDITIONS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. read more

The same horrible, rude, unprofessional little Hispanic girl treated me the same way as the last review. After asking to speak to a manager she literally hung up on me then refused to answer the phone because she knew she knew she was wrong. When I called the other T-Mobile across town I was told this location doesn't even have a manager at this time. No one knows who owns it or how to get in touch with the owner to report this girl for her astounding level of rudeness or unprofessionalism. if you don't want to walk into a complete hellish nightmare go to the one on the other side of town. read more

When you walk in there is some sort of a prison mentality. The sales people or technicians or rude, condescending and have no personality whatsoever. I'm not sure where the arrogance comes from. If I had done poorly in life... I might be doing what they do. Fortunately, I have a personality, smarts and have people skills. My suggestion is to close this location because it breeds entry level type employees that will do nothing but to drive you to T-Mobile. My wife and I just upgraded two phones and it wasn't until I got home that I saw on the bill that…read morethey charged us $40 per phone to transfer our data from one phone to another. Not once did the sales rep mention to my wife or I that it would cost us to transfer our data. All he said was I will transfer your data from our old phones to our new phones. While the sales rep was polite and handled everything quickly, the additional $40 per phone fee to transfer the data was unacceptable and I never would have agreed to it if I had been told about it. IF YOU BUY A PHONE FROM HERE...BEWARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT THEY WILL TACK ON WITHOUT TELLING YOU.

I tend to struggle with my phone. I am rough on them. I also hate having to go into brick and mortar stores. I went in to take a look around for a new phone. I worked with Madison. She spent the time needed to understand what I use the phone for, what I liked and disliked about my current phone. Went over new plan options. Once we settled on a phone and plan, she even helped me pick out a case. In a world where people are ushered in and out like cattle, Madison really took the time to listen, help, and follow through. I have never felt more comfortable. She should be promoted. T-Mobile is lucky to have her in board. read more

I am super pleased with my visit at this store. The staff at this store are very professional and polite. The employees were very helpful especially Robert. He is very knowledgeable and patient.
