When my boyfriend returned this morning, he was greeted by a less kind woman with greyish blonde hair than the man we worked with prior, who told him she wouldn't be able to help because it was an Apple problem before even looking at the phone. In the process of explaining the situation, trying to receive any type of help, she told him to leave the store. I went in there twice and neither times did that store have the replacement for my iPhone. In my opinion I would assume they always have replacements on hand and I did go visit before lunch time as well it wasn't even the last few hours they close. Very unfortunate that they could never help and service is funky. They do charge 80 dollars plus tax for a repair but you have to have the luck whenever they do have replacements.
