This company has engaged in misleading practices, including inaccurate information and false advertising to secure a sale and gain a new customer. I never received the promised payoff for my Verizon devices, resulting in a $900 balance being placed on my credit report. I have already contacted my attorney regarding this matter. Additionally, I am unable to exit this contract without being required to pay for the AT&T devices, which is unacceptable. Yesterday I had the Pleasure of meeting Markie. I must say she is a very well presented business consultant at the T-Mobile Kiosk at Sams Club. Markie took the time to listen to what I needed and address my exact needs without trying to pressure me on something that I was not interested in. My time spent there was very well worth it and I now see why a Trusted name like Sam's Club welcomes and opens there's doors for T-Mobile to conduct business with there customers. As we all know at Sam's club you get the best deal for your hard earned Money so it was no Suprise after spending some Time with Markie why Sam's club has teamed up with T-Mobile hands down and reputation speaks for itself so if your current provider is not making you feel like anything more than $$, I suggest you go in to Sam's Club & allow Markie to invite you to be part of the T-Mobile Family. I looked up the closest store to me, and it was in Clarksville. I did not want to do any business on line and needed info it could not give me except in person. I went there, got there at 10:10. The store hours were opening at 10:00am. It was not. A man inside walked around, never bothered to come to the door. I waited for 20 minutes. I left, went to the mall close by, found out the one store I liked doesn't open until 11:00am. I drove back after going in to use the facilities. I got back to the store about 10:49, still not open. I drove some 22 miles to get there and was a little pissed. A man in jeans that looked like they had better days, a few years ago showed up at the door. He was let in, stood and talked to the man inside who would not open the door for the customers outside waiting, for about 10 minutes or so. I was prupdetty frustrated at that point. I am not a customer, but wanted to be one that day. What a wasted trip it was. Not sure I would want to buy something from the man whose pants needed to be updated, or one who has a hair bun like my grandma used to have. I will stick with what I have and not ever go into a t-mobile store again. read more

Please do not use this company. I paid for 2 iPhones and have owned them for 6 months. No one told me to unlock the phone after 3 months (Yay even if you pay for the phone you still have to use T-Mobile for 3 months before they will unlock your phone) I went to A T n T to save $75 a month for the same plan. I can not use my phone because it is not unlocked. That was 3 days ago. They need to email me a pass code and then I have to wait 1 to 2 days before it kicks in. I'm disappointed that the representative in the local store was full of information about everything, but she didn't tell me that the phone I traded didn't have the same amount of gigabytes as my traded phone. I was a previous customer. I am longer one and haven't been one in a very long time. Let me start off with that this store is absolute trash. I had an outstanding payment (that I was not aware of) for 4 months. I was not told of said outstanding payment. I had received no letters in the up until may 29th, 2020. My husband was laid-off back in September of last year. We went in on February 2nd of this year to pay the bill we owed and to turn our phones in. After speaking with the reps in the store, I asked them if we would owe anymore money after this , both the assistant manager and employee told me "Nope that's it and you're good to go!" Come to find out, months later, that would be absolutely false. In May, we received a letter in the mail from t-mobile, out of nowhere, stating that we owed almost $1,000 for phones we did not have in our possession, considering we turned them in. This store is a corporate store. I called both the corporate customer service number and accidentally, another store both said that this store was in the wrong. Then I spoke with the manager to explain the situation. I'm told him that I had not received any letter regarding an outstanding balance until May when we had previously payed in February. After I explained I asked numerous times in the store if we had owed anymore money, we told no consistently. The managers excuse for his reps incompetence? "Well there's two parts to it on our end. So, she wouldn't have known with out looking it up directly." And how the hell am I supposed to know that?? The manager said he would "look into it" and that he would "call me back". I have yet to receive a call back. The amount owed wasn't in collections yet, at the time. I just received the letter in the mail today. This store is absolutely incompetent. The fact it's a corporate store makes matters worse. I highly recommend to any one inquiring a new phone plan, to steer clear of this store. read more
