Another time he ran data lines through abandon pipes under our warehouse so we could connect the buildings without having to add more wires. Ultimately, using the deserted pipes underground, Ed replaced all of our lines with high speed data lines so we ran at over 200 mbps which was unheard of 10 years ago. As the wireless world has evolved, so has Ed's company. We are very data driven and Ed has always stayed ahead of the technology and upgraded us to new software and systems through the years. We were one of the first companies to go totally wireless and this ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money on monthly bills. Ed has done work for us for over 20 years and they always answer the phone, they always send someone right out and they always let us know what our costs will be. They are as fine a vendor as we deal with and I have to add that Ed does a significant amount of work, pro bono, for Hartford homeless shelters and soup kitchens. He has never mentioned that part of his business to us (I'll bet to anyone). He is that kind of man.

Quality of service: 1 out of 10. I'd suggest using any other cellular company than T-MOBILE, RUN,…read moreRUN, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I recently purchased a new Pixel phone from this store because I kept getting notifications stating that my "storage is full, and I will no longer be able to complete basic functions with my phone such as email or sorting photos. Apparently, Google Pixel "backs up" all of your photos, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION, AND THEN HOLDS YOU HOSTAGE IN AN ATTEMPT TO SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU MAY NOT WANT OR NEED!!! The messages do not inform the receiver as to any method to alleviate the issue, such as where you can delete these stored photos or other data, it only states that "you may purchase more storage for $1.99 per month". I even upgraded, at a cost of $100,, to the 256 GB top of the line Pixel because two of their very poorly trained employees told me that it would eliminate the problem I was experiencing. which it does not. After many searches online, and more than one visit to this store, no successful solution has occurred that fixes the issue. Apparently, Google (the manufacturer of the Pixel) has set this scenario up where the Pixel phone automatically "backs up" every one of your photos somewhere (nobody can tell me exactly where these "backed up" photos actually reside) and even after doing extensive research online, there doesn't seem to be a way to delete one's photos to open up storage from wherever Pixel is storing them. My take-away from this experience is that T-MOBILE will gladly sell you a $1,000.00 phone that will hold you hostage in its attempt to extort money from its users, and then T-MOBILE just says that it's "not their problem" and blames it on Google, while offering no solution to make my phone usable. I would also discourage everyone from using this T-MOBILE located at 2 Padanaram Road, Danbury, as my experience is that the training regarding the products they're selling is completely lacking and fails to supply the support necessary to properly use your phone. The employees at this store didn't even bother to offer to contact the PIXEL manufacturer to seek answers to help me. RUN, RUN, RUN FROM THIS T-MOBILE store, and I would strongly suggest that you NEVER, EVER PURCHASE A PIXEL PHONE AS THESE ISSUES AREN'T THE ONLY PROBLEMS I'VE HAD WITH THESE PHONES!!! This company is selling products that not even they know how to operate and apparently they are unwilling to contact the people they're purchasing them from to learn how to operate them.

Then the manager interrupted us and was abruptly with the process of trade. He tried to sell me a Samsung watch. I said no thanks. Then he went behind me and the associate began to look for something wrong with my galaxy. It had a small plastic on the side missing. Glass was fine. All of a sudden my refund didn't exist. What a scam. The company should be ashamed. I am a senior citizen. Even if I wasn't they should not do that. The manager was nasty. How to improve get rid of your manager and your nasty policy if some one has a good phone to return then your company should give the person a break. Your making billions.

Five week later, we had our bill, the phone were only half off. Approached the rep about the issue, he later determined that the full discount only applied if we traded in our old phones. Asked him if we could do it then, he said no, but he'd have his boss call me. No call. I called his boss, he'd never heard of the issue, but he'd be calling me back in two day. Left several messages, no call back. Advised TMO corporate, they TOO promised a call back, but no call back. I don't need stuff to be free, but if a company offers me value, they better deliver.
