I had to return a package to Amazon, but because we had just started to move to Bridgewater, I had no printer or packing tape... only an unused USPS box. Mae took care of everything and did it with a smile and a friendly welcoming attitude. I told him I'd leave him a 5 Star review, so here it is! read more

10/3/26 Unfortunately, although my experience with this store has been good in the past, I can not give you a good review as your employee chose to go to lunch and not return. I arrived at 2:55pm to a sign on the door that said the employee had gone to lunch and would return at 3. One of the people in line said the sign was up on the door at 1:30pm. A lot of people came and went while I was here. It is now 4:15pm, Sat. 10/3, and your employee has not returned. I had an important letter that I wanted mailed today. I'm pretty upset that I couldn't get it mailed. I may go to the Southbury store from now on since I can no longer depend on you. I hope they're more dependable. read more

This store is very clean and organized. The staff are very kind and friendly, and lines move very quickly. They assist in helping you find the best way to mail a package- they will spend the time to look into any options you may have so you can find the most affordable means. I have a mailbox at this location, so I am there at least once a week and it is a pleasure to be there! read more

Ups store in New Milford is always great I went Saturday 12/20.& The person working was already amazing & helpful. Today 12/21 I went back and Lee especially helped me. I was not even sure it was possible to change my delivery to a sooner date. It was and he helped me find packages & actually allowed me to help him find both boxes. He helped me changed the dates for sooner arrival. He was very thorough by making sure to cancel the original and do the correct shipping for my new request. Thank you thank you!! read more

Returned two packages from amazon and got charged $2.50 plus tax for a little piece of tape. Otherwise would have had to drive all the way home for tape,8 niles each way. Also this location is poorly stocked on packing material. Danbury location is much better. Avoid this place if you can. Owner is penny-wise and pound foolish. read more

I went to this UPS Store today. The store employee was competent, respectful and polite. Excellent customer service! read more

This store will not honor employees mistake!! Excuse was employee!! go to a different UPS store, not worth the argument!!!

customer service was nice, patient and understanding. they helped me with all my questions making the experience nice and easy

Best UPS store ever! William and team were so helpful. Saved me money and time. Thanks guys!

This is a privately owned UPS (their words). Their PRICES are not UPS PRICES, prices are established by themselves. Therefore, a package that a direct UPS office DELIVERS in two days for $72, this store will deliver for $168, and only guarantee arriving to the border of the country in 6 working days. All facts from today, confirmed in person and re-confirmed that I have the information correct by phone. Driving 10min. to Danbury for an authentic UPS branch is recommended. read more

I have never seen such a hardworking crew in any store get the lines down so fast. The customer service in this store is phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help their customers, no matter what the problem. They were happy to help. I think their names were William and Dale. read more

Rudest lady I ever met, I asked if I could tape my package up she grabs it and puts it on the scale. Oh you don't have a label yet. No, I have an account I was going to use. Well we don't do that here you have to go to the hub.. and proceeds to drop my in secured box with $9k worth of parts on to the counter and walks away!!! Don't use these piece of s@&t people!!! Make them close down!!!! read more

Its quiet and its clean, its a large space. I have only been here to print and drop off returns- they did NOT tell me about the computer usage fee, either time I went to print from their computers. Maybe something you should let people know. Cus they didnt charge me the fee the first time I went. But did the second time I went that same day. Just seemed to be that you threw that in there because you were bored. I wasnt too happy about that. One strike against you for now. We will see if I ship anything meaningful. Also, the guy who helped me seemed to take his sweet time with everything. read more

If you've been to any of the many UPS Store locations, you know that they charge a little more than you might expect for shipping supplies. I don't fault this location for that. What I have come to love about this specific spot in New Milford that everyone there is always very polite and helpful. I dropped off a bunch of pre-labeled packages today at this location. You would think that with how crazy the amount of business they are doing in the midst of a pandemic around Christmas, they would have much to be salty about. But the two employees working with customers were delightful. I have had much worse experiences at other UPS Store locations (and FedEx locations). Not here though, they're great! read more

I go in and need a box. Great $40 for a cardboard box. WTF! I say ok how much to ship $235 WHAT!!!! Plus $40 box. The item I was sending out was worth $200.so I take to USPS its $35 They rip you off only good for dropping off prepaid stuff and Amazon return--- read more

Basic store but good service. Special requests are outsourced (such as banner printing) but person helping was friendly . Almost 5 star and good for most UPS Store needs... read more

They were letting customers in without masks on and after waiting 30 min in line (on top of the time spent waiting in the car for the maskless customer to leave) was told that I should have put my packages in a random box in the corner of the store and wasn't able to have it scanned in and given a receipt. read more

I do a lot of business with shipping and I have to say the worse experience I have ever had. At a time like this I try to get in and out with as little time as needed and I had a return label from amazon and the box it was sent to me in and any UPS store I ever used takes the box with out any issues and sends me on my way. This store wanted to charge me for tape to seal the top of the box. So I took my package back with me and will not do any business with them at all. They for get with out people like my serif they have no job so customer service is important specially when companies are struggling at a time like this so I tried to use a local business but wow won't miss them if they close their doors. read more

Fantastic store! Everyone who works there is friendly, the Manager, Danny, was especially helpful and gave great customer service! Was in there when a customer got upset and was yelling, but the staff handled it nicely and treated other customers as if there was nothing wrong. Couldn't think of a better way to handle it. Will always have my business read more
