The first lady that attended me was kind, knowledgeable on her inventory and on it. However the second girl was the laziest worker I have encountered. I don't remember her name but she had fake uneven eyelashes and a Breathe right nose strip. She proceeded to tell me that there was no way she could check on what iPhones were in stock, meanwhile she was taping her nails with scotch tape. Very unpleasant experience and I chose to leave the store because she just didn't seem willing to work, she was checked out. I came to the Apple Store and got the new IPhone 17. I have been waiting for the last 20 minutes for someone to come out so I can pay my phone bill. There is only 1 rep in the front who told me the other guy just came in and is getting himself together. Granted, this was already minutes to 11am. The customer service is horrible. I can see why they get this rating. They really deserve to get a grey cloud for such service. read more

Slowest T-mobile service ever, 4 people working and we've been here for over two hours. It's not even busy only 1 person ahead of us then she goes and we're next but one of the worker just leaves. Ended up leaving. I know it takes a while to connect phones but seriously it wasn't even busy, also I feel if they know that they're location is on a area where they get a lot of clients they should have more people working. I understand that certain things could be fix by calling T-mobile personally, but I feel better by going to the actual store. Also parking is very reduced and busy, very hard to find parking. 6 yr At&T customer, this is why I moved to T-Mobile. Yesterday me and my pregnant wife went on a journey to upgrade our Note Edge, we called and went to 3 different t-mobile stores looking for the S6 edge by Samsung. Although all the stores told us they had the phone in stock, after arriving, none had it, except for this store. Jennie was helping us, and you could see she had years of experience, she helped us get a great deal which no one in the other tmobiles had even thought about offering me. I am really impressed with this store, and will only be coming here if and when I will upgrade my phone. read more

Not sure why these people have such great reviews. I had the worst experience ever there! I went early in the morning hoping I would be seen within a reasonable time, but it took over 40 minutes. I needed to change my phone due to an update that completely fried the software. After the long wait, the girl who helped me was clueless about everything! The guy helping the person next to us just went on and on about school and children... how about fixing the phone and calling the next person?! ugh, I was frustrated and right then and there decided to switch phone companies. Amazing service. My wife and I made the big switch from AT&T. Stanley made it so easy. He answered all our questions, and broke everything down so we could understand. Such an amazing sales guy. This store is the nearest to my job. I use to not like it the people always seemed unhappy and just mad about something up until about a month ago some chick name Karen helped me out. She added my dad to my account she was pretty awesome and patient. Very chill and had a smile on the whole time, nice smile too. Even when I paid my bill this month around. Oh and the manager she was nice too when she checked me in. Keep doing what you guys are doing to have people like karen and her manager at the store. read more

When I called the store to ask a question about deals going on in store; I was quickly told that the store wasn't open yet. I didn't not realize that the store wasn't opening for another 7 minutes and was not try to cause anyone any inconvenience. The tone of the guys voices was rude and unnecessary. I work in retail as well and we accept phone calls and questions before and after store hours because we are in the business of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
