While purchasing my iPhone 13 pro max, I was persuaded to purchase the screen protector they said I needed. I was in that store 6 times in a month to have it replaced, (4 replacements) it kept bubbling up two days after install. The jerk that was helping me said he'd never seen this before. Google it, there are so many complaints about bubbles in screen protectors. I went to bestbuy and bought a proper screen protector. They were so friendly and helpful.

The fact remains that I bought a "brand new" iPhone on or around October 4, 2024 at the Verizon store at Blue Lakes & Pole Line Road in Twin Falls, Idaho. Their rude and incompetent clerk Tyler represented that the iPhone 14 was "brand new." When we used the phone, the caller ID (as seen by the person we were calling) came up as the name of a woman in Fredericksburg, Virginia who I then called myself. It just so happens, she is a Verizon customer who had turned in a used iPhone 14 "in very good condition" to a Verizon store in Fredericksburg, Virginia two weeks earlier! I don't have the technical expertise to figure out what Verizon is up to but I believe it's fraudulent. A good class action lawyer should thoroughly investigate these buffoons. I seriously doubt Verizon shareholders are informed of the Company's practices. UPDATE: Ultimately, I ended up filing a complaint with the Idaho State Attorney General's office. They investigated it and Verizon eventually offered me a new phone. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
