Rude and NOT HELPFUL. Was PROMISED a new phone through warranty exchange because my phone was hacked through T-MOBILES NETWORK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Once they figure out they can't sell you a phone they ignore you and help someone else instead of finding a SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM. They do not communicate with technical support and they act like everything is such a big deal when they should do their job correctly and help the customer figure out a solution. **READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING** The store charged $30 to set up a plan that wouldn't work on my device. The device I have is 4g and the employee (wouldn't tell me his name) put me on a plan for 5g. I spent two weeks trying to resolve the issue with Tmobile who had to switch me to a different plan. I had to use this temporarily but the employee made issues about how he told me the plan may not work in my device (isn't true). I said if you said it may not work why wouldn't we try it in store? (No answer). Because I spent the time trying to fix the issue (with tmobile on the phone) they are refusing to give me a refund for the activation done incorrectly. The activation fee is $0 online and on the phone. I paid in store so I could use it immediately. Which I had to wait anyways because it didn't work. This isn't even the first time. The same employee didn't tell me that the person on the plan I was trying to sign up with would not qualify for military discount. (Luckily a different employee told me). This store honestly seems to be a place where they will say anything to you to get your money. When I finally went back to the store to try and talk to the manager. The manager stayed in the back (on a phone call) refused to come out. The same employee told me I needed to leave because "I raised my voice" because he was lying about telling me that my service "might not work" and "we could try it". When I continued to ask for his name (he told me that he didn't need to give it) that he would call the cops if I didn't leave. We had a very positive experience at this T-mobile location. My husband was looking to upgrade his cell phone. It was pretty busy and all workers were helping customers. We waited about 20mins until one of the managers, Jason was able to help us. He was extremely knowledgeable on all T-mobile services and the upgrade process. He was very personable and shared local tips with us as we are new to this area. I would suggest they put in some more seating such as stools at the counters. We spent a lot of time in the store and it would have been nice to sit during the long process. read more

After 10 + years with Verizon we took the bait. The commercials looked promising and we needed a good price on unlimited data. We also liked the Galaxy bogo that was being offered. We went in to the store and came out 2.5 hours later, it seemed they had no idea what they were doing. It took 3 months to get everything situated and we are still dealing with the wrong monthly charge. I will end this quick review with my incredible disappointment in the service and signal from TMobile. I drop a dozen plus calls a day(no exageration), and regularly see E on my signal bar. 4g is scattered and useless as I still have grainy sounding calls when it is 4glte 5 bars. Returned my first s8 in a week and thought that may be the issue but it's not. Going back to Verizon for good as soon as pissible. read more

Dishonest and unreliable. Go with T-Mobile but don't go to the Pace location. I recently switched service to T-Mobile. I purchased a new iPhone under the buy-one-get-one promotion and activated 4 lines ($30 each, $120 total in activation fees). The representative I was working with, Aaron, told me that I would be able to get 2 activation fees waived because the store wanted to make a sale. After a quick discussion in the back office with Jason, the store's manager, Aaron came back out to the showroom to tell me that the store got into trouble the last time they waived the activation fee for a new customer but not to worry, Jason would issue a $60 bill credit for 2 of the activation fees within 14 days. 14 days came and went and no credit was applied. I called a couple times to learn what happened and never was able to speak directly with Jason. Each time I called the store the representative who answered said he was on the other line and would call me back. He never did. I ended up calling the corporate office and explaining what happened and they issued the bill credit within minutes. Again, T-Mobile is great, I just found Jason and his crew at the Pace location to be dishonest and unreliable. read more

DONT BOTHER! These people tell you all kinds of UNTRUE things then when you switch and it is too late, you find out it is a load of crap. Customer Service can't help you because these people don't know what they are doing. I was with AT&T for 14 years and switched to get a better deal. They screwed me over so much that I pay MORE THAN I did with AT&T. And the cell service is not as good. Stay where you are or get someone else. read more
