I asked about having a problem with my alarms on the phone. Now I have never had an issue of any kind with the actual software. And he looked at me like I was dumb and very snotty told me that Apple would have to help with that. How exactly would I have known that if I had never had an issue? Other than that, the service was great and I got what I needed and was done in a timely manner.

SCAM - go somewhere else if you don't want them to break other things on your device, and then want…read moreto charge you to fix what they broke. Edit: I got home after the repair of my iPad port. The port works great but now my speakers are messed up and have static and white noise. The speakers worked perfectly prior to the "repair". They "werent able to test it" because of no passcode, but I opened it with the passcode before I left the first time and they didn't test it anyway. Now that they broke my speakers, they lied to me to have me come back in, just to tell me they want another $130 to fix what they broke. They took no accountability and had zero interest in righting the wrong. This business is a scam and a joke. I will certainly not be returning, and am warning all my friends and family about this scam.

They lied me and representative that sold the phone to me had to have a meeting in the back were they inspired and went with the story that they told me it was prepaid when it was the only thing I said when I went in that I did not want to prepaid phone I wanted to buy one outright. He would not tell me the owner's name so that I could rectify the situation. The absolute worst the employee sold me the phone does not know his job and is going to lie to customers to cover that fact. To leave my review I had to give him at least one star but I'll give them -4 Stars they're the absolute worst
