I asked about having a problem with my alarms on the phone. Now I have never had an issue of any kind with the actual software. And he looked at me like I was dumb and very snotty told me that Apple would have to help with that. How exactly would I have known that if I had never had an issue? Other than that, the service was great and I got what I needed and was done in a timely manner.

The port works great but now my speakers are messed up and have static and white noise. The speakers worked perfectly prior to the "repair". They "werent able to test it" because of no passcode, but I opened it with the passcode before I left the first time and they didn't test it anyway. Now that they broke my speakers, they lied to me to have me come back in, just to tell me they want another $130 to fix what they broke. They took no accountability and had zero interest in righting the wrong. This business is a scam and a joke. I will certainly not be returning, and am warning all my friends and family about this scam.
