Had a custom sff pc examine and rebuilt order, few weeks ago…read more Initially told me the rebuilt will take about 1-2 business days, which ended up taking more than 5 days just to inform me they finished examining, and hasn't started the building part. I was gone for a vacation so I really didn't mind order taking more than expected, but got pretty disappointed with what was done with my pc. They informed me the price for custom rebuild will he around $150, including the cable managements, parts assembly (I specifically requested for the heatsink installation) None of them were done. No cable managements, heatsink wasn't installed, GPU sustainment and support weren't installed so the GPU was just hanging by one beam, Kept telling me that their technician must have forgotten it, and if I come back the following day everything should be done. When I visited the next day, the heat sink literally fall off as I opened up the pc right in front of them. At that point I was just done with everything, paid the full price(funny enough, custom build for SFF is "supposed to be more expensive" but I guess they charged me the $150 instead) and left. I had a really nice experience with linx8 2 years ago, with their customer service and pc support until this time, hopefully it won't happen again.

This "manager" who never told me his name is smoking a cigarette as we walking into an empty store. I precede to tell him I accidentally dropped my iphone but I have insurance. He says right away I would go to the Apple store and try to get a glass replacement for $200 After I bring up insurance he mentions that it is a $170 deductible instead of the previous $50 deductible that a representative had told me at another store. He says that's not his fault and to drive to that store and get him fired. I reply I don't want to get anyone fired I just want to work things out, preferably with the previously stated deductible. He says you can go to AT&T I don't care. Whaaa?? I am writing this on behalf of my mother…read more She went in looking for help because her phone screen went dark. When she walked in they did not greet or attempt to engage with her and were talking amongst themselves. When she approached them for help and told them about her phone a male employee told his coworker Ilena or Yelena to look at the back of the phone. The young lady came over and asked if she put her phone in her back pocket and if she has insurance my mother told her no. She told my mother hold on and went to the back. When she came back she went to help other people while my mother waited. While my mother stood there waiting another female employee asked if she needed anything because there was nothing they could do. Feeling disrespected and disregarded my mother left. At no point did they ask for her phone number to look up her account information to give her any options or advise. They treated her as if she wasn't there and when they acknowledged her treated her like an annoyance. When I followed up with a call to the shop a man came on the phone claiming to be the manager. When I explained what happened he said no one had been in the store in hours and acted like nothing had happened. I asked about the employee Ilena and he said there was no one with that name. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. I asked as a means to have a contact when I come into the store and so that they can be held accountable on the corporate end. He refused once more and I am now in the process of ensuring someone is held accountable. My mother and I have been Tmobile account holder for 16 and 15 years respectively and have never had such an experience. My mother ended up calling Tmobile and they are sending he a new phone.
