I would rather drive the 15 miles to the Hainesport T-Mobile store than drive the 3 miles and deal with this store again. Terrible experience all-around.
I had placed an order for a warranty replacement for my phone, and had it shipped to this location because it's close to home. Big mistake.
I walk in the door, and 4 very unprofessional people approach and all start talking at once. After a bunch of pressure to upgrade my phone (not interested), I was told "When you come to your senses, come on back in and we'll hook you up"
(Note to management: when you come to YOUR senses, work on some customer service training for these jackasses)
In addition to being insulted, I was interrupted or flat out ignored while trying to answer their questions at least twice. Seriously... If you're going to ask me a question, at least let me answer before you turn around and walk away.
While the rest of the staff joked about some message from management that the computers in the store were not there for employees to use to search for a new job (they really seemed to have fun with that email, all in front of customers), the young lady "assisting" me was struggling through how to give me my new phone. After a phone call, she figured it out.
Oh yeah, it also turns out that my replacement phone had been sitting in the store for 4 days, and I was never notified. I received the notification text as I was standing in the store. Very helpful.
No, it's not, I'm being sarcastic.
Better hurry up and fix things or this location won't last long. In the meantime, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
